Just received the 4 panel gate to help close off parts of our house from our new Boston Yorkie puppy who is almost 8 weeks old now. Hes very tiny - weighs about 2 1/2 lbs. now and cant budge the divider. We were going to go with the less expensive tension gates for the other doorways but liked this one so much decided to order two of the 3 panel for the other two doors. These are very sturdy and can be used in a number of ways. We talked about using them to create a play area inside and outside and also create an area around our Christmas tree and gifts that Im sure will be tempting for our puppy. They are more expensive than the tension gates but well worth the money. I ordered this one in white and it looks really great.

I needed a gate to keep my dogs out of an area in my basement. I purchased the Pawland wooden fence not expecting too much. Boy, was I surprised. It is well made. Exactly as advertised. Attractive. Well put together. Ships in a well cushioned box. I pulled it out of the box. Removed the packing and put it up. It works like a charm. I did give it a 4 out of 5 stars for stability because to keep it well stabilized it needs to be in an accordian set up with slight bends at the joints. But, I bought NXN-HOME Support Feet for 360 Degree Configurable Pet Gate Collection to help stabilize it on the ends. Again, works like a charm! Im a very happy customer

We bought 2 of these 4 panel gates over a month ago and are very happy with them. They keep our Pug and Maltese dogs from going up or down the stairs. The hinges make it really easy to open and close with just one hand. I really appreciate the rubber feet that keep our wood floors from getting marked up and add some friction to prevent the panels from sliding around. The finish is high quality and matches our railings. There was no assembly needed. I just unboxed and set them up. I like that they arent anchored to the wall like some systems. If I want to block off a room it is easy to just pick them up and move them across a doorway.

We bought this for our quarantine pup, a one-year-old 61 pound boxer rescue, to keep her confined in a smaller part of the house and allow the cats some respite when she arrived. I was a little skeptical that the gate would hold her, but its been great! It is sturdy and easy to move and manipulate, and the dog doesnt try to knock it down. The cats can jump it if they want, though they usually dont bother because we can leave a small space for them to get by that the dog cant get in. We have a wide staircase and wide doorways, and it works equally well in both.

I love the looks and the convenience however our 7.5 lb. puppy pushes it open. I’m using hand weights to anchor it in place which truly is not the look I was going for in my home. Great product but needs to come with optional methods to keep it from easily being opened by the dog you are trying to restrain.

Though my new puppy is only 8 weeks old, I know this gate is perfect for her. Its very sturdy and has enough good weight so she can not jump up and knock it down! Even when she gets older, shes going to need restrictions when Im out shopping and I dont want her getting into certain areas. I give a thumbs up!
