Pelican 1050 Micro Case - for iPhone, GoPro, Camera, and more (Blue/Clear)

Perfect size for my wallet and phone. When you need a place to store them on the go to keep them safe and dry. If you go to lakes or beaches, these are great to put your valuables in. Keeps them dry and the sand out, and I feel much better than just leaving them out in the open around kids and dogs.

Use it to store all my small accessories in backpack.

Use min in a RZR. Fits great in open compartment up front. Happy with the product. It is self-explanatory so Im not going to write a huge review. It is a box. It is waterproof. It has a clear lid. It is yellow. It takes a decent amount of impact.

Got this and the 1052 foam and am more than happy.

This is a good container and has a real tight seal to it.

Difficult to open, but similarly difficult for water to get in so I guess thats a win! My iphone 8+ fit with a Speck fitted case, but I had to angle it awkwardly and ended up trading in the box for a more convenient bag from sea to Summit since I didnt anticipate needing the hard shell protection of the Pelican.

This case is big enough to hold your phone, wallet, plus some random stuff. The yellow rubber part is supposed to seal tightly with the top clear cover. This is what gives it the waterproof property. I noticed 1 time that the rubber was bent and therefore was not sealed against the lid. This could be prevented by gluing the rubber part to the lower plastic part. If Pelican had done this, I would have given 5 stars. My main use for this is to protect my Samsung Galaxy S5 while Im on call during my hockey games. The length & width are great, but the height allows the phone to bounce around. I couldnt find a more suitable tough case. So I also purchased the foam filler specifically made for this case. The foam is designed to be pulled apart (somewhat pre-cut) & fitted to whatever device you want to keep safe. I left the foam as a whole piece & placed my phone on top & closed the case. It allows me to see the LED alert while keeping my expensive phone very protected.

I purchased this case to use it as a deck box for a Commander sized deck of Magic: The Gathering cards. By trimming the gasket off of the rubber liner, I was able to maintain the water resistance while using the pick and pluck foam to create a cavity large enough to hold 110 double sleeved cards and the commander in a top loader. This fits quite well, and although its more bulky than purpose built deck boxes, it provides a level of protection to a deck full of foreign foils that I could not find elsewhere.
