I purchased this item for a work colleague that had just lost her pet. I thought that this would be an amazing memento for her so imagine my surprise when I opened the box to check the package and my wind-chime had no chimes. Im gutted that the person that packed the box missed putting in the most important part of the gift. Im returning the product and will not be recommending anyone else purchase from them.

My landlord lost her dog tragically in a car accident. I purchased another set of chimes that were just stamped metal and didnt even chime like they were supposed to. Returned those chime and bought these. The difference 9in quality is astonishing, considering this was only like $3 more. This is much higher quality than the other one, and comes packaged very nicely with a poem. I could see this being sold in a Hallmark store because of how nice it is.

What a great pet loss memorial gift! I sent it to my sister who lost her dog recently. She hung it on the porch where her dog would lay. So nice!

Really cute in person, product as described however had wear on the main paw print piece which was upsetting.

Extremely cheap materials, poorly made had to cut excessive yarn, the box it is dispu in was dirty!
