We bought this gift for a client who recently lost heir dog and they said when they opened it up and took it out of the box, it fell apart right away. They had to put it back together. My sister lost her German Shepard of nine years who’s name was Chewy. This was the perfect gift I’m remembrance of him. She hung it outside of her house and loves to listen to the chimes when the wind blows by.

I purchased this item for a work colleague that had just lost her pet. I thought that this would be an amazing memento for her so imagine my surprise when I opened the box to check the package and my wind-chime had no chimes. Im gutted that the person that packed the box missed putting in the most important part of the gift. Im returning the product and will not be recommending anyone else purchase from them.

I received this as a gift following the loss of our girl. Even months later, the poem moves me to tears. It is so true. And every time I hear the chimes, I think she is saying hello to us. Loved this so much that I gave it as a gift to a friend who unfortunately lost her pup.

I love this windchime. It hangs outside by my schnauzers grave and so far the weather hasnt affected the quality at all.
