I got this for a friend whose dog recently passed. When i received it, it was insanely scratched. Im hesitant to give it to her because it looks very used.

We ordered this wind chime to help memorialize a lost pet. When we receive the item in the mail the poem on the inside of the box was ripped (we wanted to keep that and glad I wasn’t gifting it) Nothing was wrong on the outside of the package, just the inside was damaged. Also, the wind chime was in 2 pieces. I got the 2 pieces back together but now the wind chime won’t stay open to be able to make noise. What I mean by that is the plastic circle that holds the chimes even from each other falls vertical to wear even if the wind blows it makes no noise and I’m having to fix it daily. What was supposed to be an enjoyable reminder has now become an inconvenience.
