> 24 hourI liked the viewing and the air circulation of this carrier. It’s sturdiness and easy to carry. The large one I purchased is not really big enough for a large cat to be able to move around or to stretch in. Which I had gotten a larger one.

> 24 hourMy baby is around 8 months old, we had a hard plastic one but getting her in was a nightmare. I like the color and 2 openings on this one. I think she’s done growing but this still has room for her to turn around. Still hard to get her in because she is an anxious little cat but once she was in she was calm and quiet.

> 24 hourGot this a few months ago and have used is for several car trips (not airports). Carrier is very breathable and has enough room for even my fairly large cat to turn around in. The floor insert is helpful for stability, comfort, and helped with cleanup when my cat had an accident once. Straps are sturdy and easy to carry. Low profile so not hard to maneuver around, though again, only used it in a car. Windows are mesh so if you have a cat who is really really stressed out and scratches at the walls during travel it may not be the right one. Overall has been great and would recommend it.

> 24 hourI have a very large cat. In fact, when he’s sleeping in a fully stretched position he’s longer than the cage by an inch. Due to COVID, airlines are not transporting pets as cargo, so my only option during an international move was to try to carry on my cat. This cage has a couple of rods at the top that give it rigidity, but make it kind of a solid box in practice. For airline travel, remove those. They are on the inside, you should feel them. There are holes on the fabric by the end of the rods, just push them through there. This will allow the carrier to collapse a little and fit under an airplane seat (which have irregular shapes). I flew in a Delta 737-900ER, on main cabin, right window seat. This carrier has the maximum dimensions allowed by Delta, but still, the dimensions for all under-seat areas of their aircrafts are smaller in one way or another. This is why they strongly recommend (almost require?) a soft sided carrier. Without the rods I was able to compact the app of the carrier to fit under the seat. The downside is that it’s very awkward to handle, because it collapses when you try to use the shoulder strap without the rods. You have to use the handles. With a 16lbs cat through JFK I got a solid trapezoid workout right there… My large cat? He was fine -when he gets scared he curls into a very small shape anyway, like any cat. They get into kind of a ball shape and become a little taller and wider, but much shorter. The height of the carrier really helps with this. In the end, I think going on the carry on and being supervised was the best thing to do for my cat. He looked comfortable in the carrier, but stressed by the situation. Do talk to your veterinarian about some medication to relax your cat. This was very very important. Without that I wouldn’t have been able to handle him through security, and knowing him, he would have been traumatized by the flight and the move. I’ve been through a move before and it took two days for him to come out of hiding. With that medication, all of this happened and he didn’t even care. He was exploring by night one.

> 24 hourThis is a perfect carrier for cats that are very used to carriers. My kitty is not, she was rescued from a truck parking lot so she was partially a feral cat. But, we have two other cats who just love this carrier. When I first got it they would go in and lay down for a nap. They love it. The zippers are very secure and provide just the enclosure and safety needed for a trip to the vet. It also has a very nice pad for the travelers which helps a lot to calm nerves if they are at all apprehensive. There is quality built into this carrier as well as comfort. It definitely has my recommendation!

> 24 hourWe purchased this carrier for my daughters 4 year old cat. She normally doesnt travel well (i.e. peeing, poo, vomit in the crate). Shes very sensitive and thought perhaps she could smell our other cats in the crates so we decided to buy her one of her own. I chose this one because it would be easy for my teenage daughter to carry around and would look okay if she left it in her room and it had great reviews. My daughter spent 3 weeks training her cat to get used to the carrier. She put treats and cat nip in it and would open different zippers and openings and let her explore it. She would play in it and also just let her nap in it. After awhile she would carry the crate downstairs and sit and talk to her while she stayed in it. Then one day she carried the crate to the car and would sit in and talk. The day of her vet appointment her cat did real well in it and only meowed and carried on but no getting sick. Also in the examining room she ran back into her crate and laid there while we talked so we knew she was comfortable in it. The crate isnt very sturdy if you take the bed out. But the bed is soft and comfortable and the crate is nice with the bed in. The fabric feels very sturdy and can be wiped down or you can dunk in a tub to wash it if necessary. We liked the extra pocket on the outside and that we could use the shoulder strap or take it off. The best part is all the openings. Having a top opening is very useful for an uncooperative cat. We put a puppy pee pad in the crate in case of an accident she wouldnt have to lay on a wet bed for the ride home and having both ends opened made it easy to wrap the pad around the bed. My daughter was able to carry the crate easily but did struggle with bumping it into things so she carried the bag in her arms. Her cat is 8.5 lbs and fit with plenty of room to spare. She snuggled into the back at one point and we still had half the crate empty. When completely stretched out she still has a few extra inches. We are pleased with this crate and felt it was a good value.
