> 3 dayWe needed an extra carrier for trips to the vet. I chose this one because it zips open at the top, side and front, assembles in seconds, has a washable pad, two types of straps and is reasonably priced. It also has a slip pocket at one end, which is great for storing kittys health records. It just fits my female, Sable. She is 13 1/4 long from base of neck to base of tail; she weighs 13.6 lbs.--shes a little bit chunky. I set it up on Saturday. She checked it out for a few days and then on Tuesday, she went inside to chill out. I got a grey one; its very nice looking.

Greater than one weekGreat for my 10 pound cat. However my 12 pound cat is scrunched up. For cat the correct size sturdiness and comfort are good. I especially like the option of shoulder strap. Much easier to carry. Good too and front opening. The carrier itself doesn’t weigh much like hard plastic carriers do. I recommend for any cat not over 10 pounds

Greater than one weekWish we had gotten this years ago. The cats like it and it is way easier to carry and use than our other giant plastic carrier

> 3 dayI love this carrier because you can access your cat from the top or sides. Zippers are sturdy and the carrier has pockets for treats, toys, or brushes. I did add my own blanket to give it some softness/cushion. Kitty will jump in and out if it even when we are home and not traveling to the vet. Does have the shoulder strap and hand straps. Great buy for the money!

Greater than one weekWe purchased this carrier for my daughters 4 year old cat. She normally doesnt travel well (i.e. peeing, poo, vomit in the crate). Shes very sensitive and thought perhaps she could smell our other cats in the crates so we decided to buy her one of her own. I chose this one because it would be easy for my teenage daughter to carry around and would look okay if she left it in her room and it had great reviews. My daughter spent 3 weeks training her cat to get used to the carrier. She put treats and cat nip in it and would open different zippers and openings and let her explore it. She would play in it and also just let her nap in it. After awhile she would carry the crate downstairs and sit and talk to her while she stayed in it. Then one day she carried the crate to the car and would sit in and talk. The day of her vet appointment her cat did real well in it and only meowed and carried on but no getting sick. Also in the examining room she ran back into her crate and laid there while we talked so we knew she was comfortable in it. The crate isnt very sturdy if you take the bed out. But the bed is soft and comfortable and the crate is nice with the bed in. The fabric feels very sturdy and can be wiped down or you can dunk in a tub to wash it if necessary. We liked the extra pocket on the outside and that we could use the shoulder strap or take it off. The best part is all the openings. Having a top opening is very useful for an uncooperative cat. We put a puppy pee pad in the crate in case of an accident she wouldnt have to lay on a wet bed for the ride home and having both ends opened made it easy to wrap the pad around the bed. My daughter was able to carry the crate easily but did struggle with bumping it into things so she carried the bag in her arms. Her cat is 8.5 lbs and fit with plenty of room to spare. She snuggled into the back at one point and we still had half the crate empty. When completely stretched out she still has a few extra inches. We are pleased with this crate and felt it was a good value.

> 3 dayI dreaded putting my two 12 lb kitties in their carriers for vet visits. I read the reviews on this carrier and took a chance! I left the carriers out and open and they actually slept in them so when it was time to go no hesitation. I put a couple of treats inside and zipped it up without any issues! Highly recommended!!

> 3 dayHonestly one of the best carriers I have ever purchased. I was looking for one that would be easier to get my large 15lb cat into and this it definitely it. My cat loves it so much, he actually goes in by his own choice and sleeps or just hangs out. He looks a little cramped in it but as I mentioned before, he actually chooses to go into it so it seems like the right size to me. I ended up buying one for my sons cat as well. We had one urine accident from my other older cat on a trip to the vet and unfortunately it did spread out onto the car seat, we solved this by lining the seat with a trash bag going forward. It was easy to wash the whole carrier. I recently moved cross-country and my large guy was comfortable in the carrier but after several long days of travel and him just wanting out, one seam along the mesh is starting to give a little so Im buying another to replace it.
