> 24 hourI got these based on reviews and price, I also have Beyer DT770s and those are great but I wanted something more. These headphones seemed to have them but as they just were a little too fatiguing. I got a headphone amp because I wanted more and then got these to help me get more out of the amp - but the longer I play the lower that volume goes because I just find these harsh.

> 24 hourYouve seen all the other reviews so I wont repeat what others have said in detail but great V-shape frequency, very fun to use, the headband is super nice, ear pads could be a little softer but are still great, a little heavy due to the metal, but that means theyre strong! And the wire is just way too long... its a great wire, but I could probably go rock climbing with it due to the length... lol.

> 24 hourI have owned sennheiser head phones for the last 30 years, I currently have a pair of 380 pros and hd 598s . I like the bass response from 380s and the openess of the hd 598s but have never been happy with them. The 598s are quite flat sounding, so after reading the reviews of many head phones, decided to purchase the Philips X2HR . I find these head phones are the best of both worlds and are amazing! Very happy with them after day 2. Absolute bargain at £99.99 .

> 24 hourI bought the X2HR version, after hearing all the issues with glue holding the pads with the previous version, I was a bit worried. But the HR version has easily detachable and replaceable earpads, which is nice.

> 24 hourX2HR: Brilliant, versatile. Boosted vocals and bass does not ruin a balanced sound, but it is borderline~ landing on the right side of a balanced presentation. For home use- with an open back and bulky.

> 24 hourSolid construction, really good soundstage. These Cans are comfy for long hours of gaming but can get a bit warm due to the thick pads. Recommended for both music listening and gaming.

> 24 hourOpen backed headphones always face a challenge of both adequately representing the bass sounds and not being too bright on the treble. The headphone manufacturers have traditionally dealt with this by having their cheaper sets generally closed back where it is easier to provide a bass heavy but closed in sound, or by complex engineering that results in open backed headphones retailing over £1,000 a piece.

> 24 hourCompré los auriculares con un descuento, ya que son de segunda mano. Cuestan 89 euros. No detecté ningún riesgo o defecto, por lo que creo que fue una buena compra, con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Destaco como muy positivo, la calidad del sonido y la comodidad. Son auriculares de gran tamaño, pero su calidad también es alta. El sonido es muy detallado, rico y vibrante. Lo recomiendo mucho, y aún más si puedes comprar con descuento.
