    We have 4 of these in the office- they work very well except the ear part - it can snap off and break and I believe that’s a defect but other than that they work well. Maybe buy the warranty with it.

    The Plantronics name has declined with the ownership of Poly. My voyager and 5200 Bluetooth failed. I did warranty them but I was sent defective replacements. It’s just not worth the headache.

    You have to wiggle the headset into the base to get it charging properly, though this is potentially an issue with the base. Overall experience with the many of plantronics headsets I support are they are mostly fine, but 1/3 of them have issues. Will likely look into another product in the future.

    We had a co-worker transfer to a different department, and since Covid ya know, she was allowed to take her headset, so we just needed to replace this piece, worked out just fine

    This is a replacement as I thought I lost my original headset. The only problem is that it does not fit my ear so that the mouthpiece moves away from my mouth and people tend to ask me to repeat what I said as they think they have a bad connection. I have to push the earpiece deep into my ear and then the mouthpiece stays near my mouth. The person on the other end always says it is much better. The downside is that my ear hurts when I do that.

    This is my 2nd headset of this model and luckily Ive bought the extended warranty each time. The first one was a full kit with the headset and base, after about 2 years of usage the mute/volume button on the back of the headset went bad. When trying to click the button to mute, it would repeatedly mute/unmute/mute multiple times from just a single click, then I began having issues with adjusting the volume. If I moved the switch up or down to change the volume sometimes it would make a loud screeching sounds and disconnect from the base. I would have to place the headset in the charging base and wait for it to connect and begin charging, then remove it from the base and turn it back on. Very inconvenient when this happens in the middle of a call. I got the headset only replaced under the warranty, kept the same base. After about 1 1/2 years the 2nd headset started exhibiting the exact same behavior with the mute/volume button so Im about to have to warranty it again. Its great that I have the warranty but I have to go without my headset for 1-2 weeks when I send it in. Other than the repeated issue, I love the headset. Has great sound quality, excellent range, and is comfortable to wear all day. Also has fantastic battery life.
