> 3 dayThis replacement headset works perfectly with our existing system, and it is a wonderful addition to my office. I have deducted one star because of durability issues. This is the second time Ive had to purchase a replacement headset. Each lasts me about a year. The first headset stopped delivering sound through the earpiece. Went through all of Plantronics troubleshooting and they recommended replacing the earpiece (a huge thanks to the customer service lady I talked to who recommended shopping for it online in order to find a cheaper price). On the second, the little tab that locks the angle of the little ball with the earpiece attached broke off. The headset still works, but I have to readjust it every time I move my head too sharply, and its beginning to drive me batty.
