Plantronics CS540 Spare Headset, No Charger Included

Did not sync with existing base, useless.

Bought this to replace one I had that got messed up. And would not charge on the charger I had. Same make and model

These head sets work great. Plantronics has excellent customer service if anything goes wrong. We love having these head sets.

Were on our third headset after 3 years. The headsets seem to only last a year. Very dissatisfied with the product

Good product but did not arrive in a Plantations box. Doesnt look refurbished though. Works fine.

This replacement headset works perfectly with our existing system, and it is a wonderful addition to my office. I have deducted one star because of durability issues. This is the second time Ive had to purchase a replacement headset. Each lasts me about a year. The first headset stopped delivering sound through the earpiece. Went through all of Plantronics troubleshooting and they recommended replacing the earpiece (a huge thanks to the customer service lady I talked to who recommended shopping for it online in order to find a cheaper price). On the second, the little tab that locks the angle of the little ball with the earpiece attached broke off. The headset still works, but I have to readjust it every time I move my head too sharply, and its beginning to drive me batty.

Wrong item

I love plantronics headsets. They work great most of the time. If you ever have any issues, plantronics customer service can help, problem is, some reps are super helpful and others are not. Other than that, amazon was the cheapest place to buy these.
