Plantronics CS540 Spare Headset, No Charger Included

I bought Plantronics WO2 more then 4 years ago. I am a creature of habit and dont want to change what I know works, especialy when it comes to my job. My dog eat my old headset and called the company who stated I needed to buy a newer model. I refused to believe that non of their other headsets would work with my system. So I bought this crossing my fingers. Low and behold it worked and I mailed back the newer model saving tons of money. It also charges on the stand and the spare batteries for the old headset also fit this device.

These head sets work great. Plantronics has excellent customer service if anything goes wrong. We love having these head sets.

very easy to install...works great. I can do my work while talking on the phone. Good customer service also. It was just what I needed.

Synced automatically with our existing base. I liked that it even came with the overhead attachment for staff that do not like to wear over ear.

Have several of these for small business and have been very satisfied. Good battery life, clear sound and easy set up.

Great Clarity of voice. battery lasted all day when I first purchased.It is about 2 months old now and Battery life has dropped slightly already. I charge it at lunch so I get the remainder of the day without the low battery beeping in my ear. My first headset lasted almost 3 years then developed a short in it. I already had the base so all I needed was the earpiece. Happy so far

This is a replacement as I thought I lost my original headset. The only problem is that it does not fit my ear so that the mouthpiece moves away from my mouth and people tend to ask me to repeat what I said as they think they have a bad connection. I have to push the earpiece deep into my ear and then the mouthpiece stays near my mouth. The person on the other end always says it is much better. The downside is that my ear hurts when I do that.

Bought this to replace one I had that got messed up. And would not charge on the charger I had. Same make and model
