Greater than one weekI receive it earlier than expected :D so it was super fast !! so i just try it a little and it works well, there is just a small stripe that I see when I play but it does not bother so much even if it stresses me because I think of it haha I paid it in opportunity so it was to be expected ... Im still very happy :)

Greater than one weekThis is the first gaming purchase Ive made on Amazon and I absolutely love it. The OLED vs. LCD w/ back light is negligible in terms of quality having seen both screens. The LCD has improved the battery life opposed to its predecessor and have used it extensively for about 7 hours before needing to recharge it. The internal memory storage is a nice addition since I updated the system on the original internal memory then installed the 64GB card I also got for it. The system functions flawlessly and smoothly. The hardware itself is solid in construction, and the color difference compared to the American black-only counterpart is a refreshing aesthetic difference. Camera quality is something to be desired (its a little grainy), yet it is better than expected for a game system. Ergonomically the system fits in my hand very nicely. I dont experience any of the fatigue that some others have mentioned in their reviews. The only other thing that couldve been changed was the placement of the speakers having not moved from the previous version. It essentially works not only as a portable gaming system, but also as a mini tablet of sorts. The Content Management Assistant software works as expected and Ive put majority of what I listen to onto the system as well. And as already been answered it does work with all games and can be changed to English, but comes set up to be used in Japanese. The controls in the menus work like how the ps one and ps2 where O selects options and the X button cancels/goes back. Overall this is one of the best purchases Ive made in a long time. I recommend this to anyone who wants to break the monotony of the standard option available here in the states. It is, however, recommended to pick up a screen protector and a case for it so as to protect it from damage.

19-11-2024Im a little late reviewing this but better late than never. The blue and white ps vita is so pretty, I enjoy the colour scheme way more than the plain black version we get in the west. I never had the original vita so the change from OLED to LCD didnt really bother me, the screen still looks really nice and its probably the best looking portable gaming system you can get right now. Its very comfortable to hold and it actually has really great sound, as opposed to an iPhone or 3ds anyways. The only very minor thing that bothers me is the the buttons dont feel smooth when you press them, the squeak a little and feel spongy. But other than that the system was really great and Ive put almost 100 hours in on it already, and thats with working and going to classes full time. I was kind of worried importing a 200$+ system in from Japan because I thought that it might get damaged along the way but Im so glad I did. As I mentioned before the colour scheme looks great and there wasnt even a scratch on the system, the box didnt even have a dent in it. It was packed very well and was nicely protected. Im a little fuzzy on the details because it was a couple of months ago but Im pretty sure the system even showed up a few days early! All and all the system is really nice looking, it showed up safe and looking just as new had I gone out and bought it locally, and its a lot of fun. I definitely recommend it. Also, the only game I own currently is Persona 4 Golden and as long as you dont hate jrpgs I would highly recommend playing it!

23-11-2024My new Vita is wonderful! The light blue and white is a beautiful combination! Also, compared to my boyfriends old Vita, the model lost some weight. It is so slim and easy to handle! I am very satisfied with this purchase :)

> 3 dayWhen buying a Vita, the choice tends to boil down to whether you want an OLED or LED screen. While this model only has an LED, the colors are still nice and bright and the black levels arent too grey. The thinner form factor is great and the added battery life definitely comes in handy when it comes to the portability. The built-in memory is also a great feature because it gives you some time to wait for a sale on the memory sticks, although it is worth warning that one or two updates for cartridge games can still eat through the gig quickly. For example, Wipeout 2048 has a set of patches and two updates that clock in at well over a gigabyte. The imported nature of the unit caused no real problems. Almost the first thing you do when turning on the new unit is set the language. After setting the language, the only problem is that some games seem to hard code their button configs, rather than use the regional settings. This means that the majority of the time O/X will have one set of behaviour, but in games they occasionally switch.

> 3 dayThe vita arrived as advertised, but it didn’t come with a charger. The system was also little dirty in the back. No scratches at all, the screen wasn’t dirty, no burn, and everything works fine. The system has 1gb of internal memory so if you don’t have an official Sony sd card or vita game you’ll have nothing to do with it at first. But overall I love it

> 3 dayItem arrived in exquisite condition despite being used — a little dirty, but no nicks or scratches and everything works up to standards. Came well wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic, with an American compatible charger. Beautiful device with a wonderful home now, if you’re looking for a Vita, I would recommend this seller.
