Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield Double Pack - Nintendo Switch

Pokémon Sword and Shield is one of the best games that has come to the Nintendo Switch. Having both of the games gives me the aspects of all the Pokémon in both games. I have pre-ordered the DLCs for both the games, just to say that they are one of the best that has came to the switch.

The product works great. Shipment arrived as expected and was in good condition upon arrival. Games are as expected. However problems on the Amazon side on things. As a pre order bonus Amazon was offering a download code that you use in the mystery gift function. Via get with code / password. With a pre order of the double pack physical copy of sword and shield. I ordered two double packs for sword and shield on July 8, 2019 well before the promotion was set to expire on Nov 14, 2019. I called Amazon support on November 18, to ask where my code was. At first Amazon deigned the promo even existed. After a conference call with Amazon and Nintendo. Nintendo had to tell Amazon about their own promotion. Nintendo said that it was a retailer promo and Nintendo has given Amazon the codes etc. Amazon was responsible for administering them. I then spoke to a gaming representation from Amazon who said that it didnt apply to my order after an escalation to another supervisor. After several hours on the phone Amazon was able to gather all of the information needed. Amazon marketing did email me one code. However, I own four versions of the game and the code only works once and is not transferable to another version of the game. Still waiting on three more codes for the gold studded leather case. Amazon staff, at all levels, have been professional and polite. They were able to connect me to people who were more knowledgeable about the product and this special offer. This process is still on going and a change in review score will follow pending a satisfactory result. The review of one star is for attention.

My kids loved the games and it has really good graphics for a Pokémon game. Lots of play time and things to do. On the down side I never received the code for a leather case that was supposed to come. I got an email saying how to redeem it but it didnt do much good without the code.

The game is awesome when speaking about open world graphics and concepts, however the actual game itself is lackluster and holding back. Would recommend buying just one copy of the game not the double pack. I’m a die hard fan and i always get the double but in this case it’s not all that

My grandson has all the Pokémon games and this one like the rest does not dissapoint. Quick shipping and great fun.

Christmas present for my granddaughter

I got this mainly as a gift to someone. They wanted shield and I was able to keep sword. Its an ok game.
