> 3 dayI read a ton of reviews on both the back pack and the duffel bag and was worried about the quality until i received them! Whatever problems they have had in the past have been corrected because both of my products came in absolutely perfect! I get tons of compliments on both and as far as functionality and storage its the best laptop/work bag i have had in the past 10 years!!!

> 3 dayI used this bag when traveling for work. I was able to put the following into it: a 16” MacBook Pro, an Android laptop, iPad Pro, wireless headphones in a case, portable keyboard, wireless trackball, portable hard drive, Apple 30 watt power brick, Android 3 amp charger, a whole travel bag full of mobile electronic wires, a handheld satellite messenger, a cell phone, and two pens. The weight of these items would make most bags rip, but this bag holds up without issue. The leather is really nice, and I relied on it for daily use. I really like the bag.

> 3 dayI bought this bag hoping for durability, and it did not disappoint, except for one fatal design flaw, the straps started fraying after a little less than a year. I contacted Polare, they stood by their product and immediately provided me with a replacement. The ones they are selling now seem to have fixed the issue with the straps (changed placement, reinforcement, and added riveting), seems like its ready to stand the test of time now. They also seem to have upgraded the material used for pockets on the inside of the bag (I had no issues with the original material but its nice to see theyre always working on perfecting their products) The bag could be a little bit bigger for my travel needs but I wouldnt ding it in the overall rating for that, and I get A LOT of compliments on it, so its worth it haha Ill update with any further developments but Im very happy with the bag as its currently manufactured and would recommend Polare as a company! (First three pics are the new bag, last 2 are the old one)

> 3 dayI purchased the leather backpack. The package arrived promptly and was nicely packed. Upon opening the box, and slowly taking off the wrapping, I was hit with a lovely leather scent. As I inspected the bag, I became more excited. The leather is beautiful, soft and thick. Not plastic or fake. FULL GRAIN LEATHER. The buckles are stout, the zippers are smooth and quiet. I get comments on it all the time. It has space for a 17 inch laptop AND a full size iPad. Both fit securely in padded slots. If youre looking for affordable quality, with great customer service, these are the people to support.

Greater than one weekProduct arrived and looks good - as advertised. leather and construction appear to be of good quality. Plenty of space/pockets for storage. Only thing I would love to see in the future is a strap to slide over the handle for luggage. As a frequent traveler, that is a big advantage and I cant find it on a leather backpack, only on the nylon ones.

> 3 dayThis backpack looks and feels great. Real, thick leather, which gives it somewhat rustic appearance. It almost feels cozy, if a backpack can be cozy. So far, all bells and whistles (i.e. pockets and straps) hold well (I cannot comment on long-term usability). There are plenty good reviews that do justice to this backpack, so Ill only mention three minor issues with it. On the outside, pocket flaps are held with straps fed through the metal loops. Underneath these straps there are small Velcro patches, that seem to be too weak to give confidence in function. This may not a big deal, since straps themselves are rather stiff. This stiffness causes bigger issues with side pockets, which are closed with magnetic closures - they just keep popping open. Maybe this will fix itself after months of use. Another gripe is with the main compartment zipper on top. Metal zipper is not as smooth as comparable plastic zippers. When combined with thick leather flap, it makes unzipping more difficult than it could be, especially around the corners. The result is that I typically do not open zipper all the way and almost feels like Im ready to scratch myself every time I reach inside. Lastly, the organization of the inside is not as good as the outside feel and look. There are some pockets, but they are sewn thin fabric. There is essentially no padding between compartments. I cant find a good way to securely store glasses, for example. That said, I like it overall

> 3 dayI purchased this in the summer of 16 and loved it at first. Beautiful smell, the leather is very strong, and overall it looks very well made. Unfortunately after about 6 months one of the main straps had started slipping and at 18 months I have to be careful putting it on from that side. Additionally, the main zipper has come loose from one of the sides and split in two so I can no longer zip it up from that side. Very Annoying. I have used the backpack daily to and from the office with a 17” laptop, but it wasn’t exposed to anything more strenuous. Polare was very friendly when contacted concerning the issues and even though it was a bit outside the warranty period, they offered to replace it, if I paid S&H to China. That would have been pretty expensive on its own so instead we were able to work out an agreement for a sizeable discount on a new replacement backpack (new design addressing both these issues). We both recognized that sometimes, no matter how high the level of quality intended, undesired things can happen. Their attention to Quality and Customer Service has shown me that Polare is a company that stands and supports their products fully. As such, I can highly recommend this company and this bag.

> 3 dayI unabashedly have a bag problem as I seem to have fallen in to collecting them. However I am extremely picky about what I purchase since my intent is to use the bag to its fullest potential. This bag immediately caught my eye and I did my research by reaching out to Amazon community and asked those who had purchased this bag. I believe this bag is by far the best leather backpack that I have ever owned. It comfortably fits two laptops plus necessary accessories. It is my everyday carry bag. I highly recommend the product and the company who sells it.

> 3 dayThis bag is Awesome!!! It is everything they say it is. The bag is made of a thick leather and quality stitching. The zippers are smoother operating than any other zipper I have used. I use this bag to carry an I Pad Pro and I Pad Mini as well as the chargers, cords, other accessories and a note pad with plenty of room to spare!! I honestly cant find anything I dont like about this bag.

> 3 dayThis was my first Polare purchase after reading a lot of the reviews. It wont be my last. I was very pleasantly surprised when the bag arrived. It smelled like leather & it was high quality nice think & durable. The pockets are all velcro and attach fine with the leatherc lasp there for additional security. Ony nifty thing I like is this bag has a compartment up against your back where you could store passport/cash etc without it iether being uncomfortable while at the same time maintaining complete security. The lining is nice and soft and all well stitched. Again, the interior is abreadth with compartments, pen holders, sleeves etc. I took this on my first trip & had three people ask where I got the bag & when I referred them they were surprised at such a great quality & value. Polare great quality & from others the warranty & support seems outstanding although as well constructed as this I expect not to need anything for years to come.
