It is workth the money to set up the right system. I have been slowly putting a movie room together and finally got the center channel speaker and it is an amazing sounding speaker.

I am running 2-265s for front, 80 F/Xs for rears and a 255 for a center channel. They sound great, especially the midrange. I have another setup in my house using the Polk RC series and there is a vast difference. I am using a Polk PSW-550 sub to round out the system and they all sound great. I am driving them with an Onkyo 509 receiver. They are well built, the mounts are visibly more robust than the RC series speakers. All of these are mounted in open cavities (the wall speakers back into an unfished storage room and the F?X are in the ceiling, I was concernd that without a box they may suffer on sound, but that has not bee an issue.

I just finished my basement and wanted a good quality center speaker without going too crazy on budget. This met the mail. It sounds great for the price and other gear I connected it to. I would definitely recommend it as a good mid-tier speaker. Audiophiles will expect more.

super easy install, hardest part was determining a spot to avoid studs in wall. i could not center it because of a stud in wall, offset it and it blends in so not a big issue. Sound - i replaced a center channel that was in my ceiling, which caused muffled voices. This really improved the sound quality. i am not a sound geek, just wanted solid sound when watching movies and TV. i am sure any speaker would have improved the sound but this was a good price, sounds good and was easy to install.

Installed this speaker as a center speaker underneath my wall mounted 65 tv and it looks and sound great. What a nice improvement from my JVC center chanel standard speaker that looked ugly compared to an in-wall speaker. Installation was a breeze, sound is awesome, wife is happy my old college speakers are gone and the basement looks professional. Dont hesitate to buy.

This speaker is awesome and really handles the audio from both movies and music very well.

I splurged on this one for my system. Glad i did, best speaker in my set. I was afraid that my system was gonna be all sound and no voices, this one solved my insecurity issues with that.
