> 24 hourI purchased it because I couldnt find the size that I needed at Lowes. The piece I ordered was enough for 1 pane and I needed 2 panes. This piece was thin and had flex to it. I went to Home Depot and found a thicker Lexan piece for the same price and it was much better. Next time its Home Depot for me.

> 24 hourI used this piece to form a border for my iRobot sweeper near my patio doors. Easy to cut and easy to glue to the edge of my patio door rails. This allowed me to be able to open and close the doors without interference AND prevent my iRobot from getting stuck in those same rails. I was able to cut several 3 borders.

> 24 hourThe fine print says not to expose to sunlight or water. Unfortunately I bought it to repair a bird feeder so it will get both. So it probably wont last for years, but if it gets a couple of seasons it will be worth the price.

> 24 hourI liked this plexi sheet because it’s easy to cut with a cutting knife and could cut it to the size I needed . I wanted to replace a try with a glass top that broke and couldn’t find the size glass. This works for me because it will never break.

> 24 hourThis is nothing like plexiglass. This stuff is tough. I cut it on the bandsaw. Drilled it on a drill press and sanded it by hand. It cuts and drills easy but I was expecting the same as I get with plexiglass, which are fractures or cracks wherever youre cutting or drilling. I made a very narrow piece, and after cutting, drilling, sanding, and polishing, it had zero cracks and I stopped being gentle with it. It will scratch as its plastic, but scratches can be sanded and polished out.

> 24 hourI loved the flexibility of the polycarbonate. It is not brittle and bends easily. I was using it for an art project and it was a better choice than rigid acrylic. However, it is difficult to cut to size with Exacto knife blades. It is easier if you are cutting a large piece. You can score with the blades and snap it apart with weight on one side. However, I just needed to trim less than half an inch the 18-inch length of the piece. Very difficult to score and snap. So, I would recommend a band saw to cut small pieces.
