I got multiple questions asking where I got mines! It heats up and massages you however when you turn on the massager it does sound like a vibrator. Both options have three different settings and it last for a couple hours before you need to charge it.

This helps so much with my menstrual cramping. The only thing I would change is how fast the battery needs recharged.

I love how hot it gets. I love that it has the vibrations. It really comes in handy for the girlies. It’s not bulky or big, it’s very light, you can wear it around the house and it has adjustable straps.

I love this for cramp relief. It works really well and is very discreet like it fits under jeans and no one will know. Only downside is once I used it for a couple cycles the battery doesn’t seem to stay charged for long anymore. And I wish it didn’t cut off after only 30 min

I am not usually one to splurge on things for myself, but after years of horrible cramps every month I finally pulled the trigger. This is great! I can walk around and get stuff done with the comfort of still having a heating pad on. It does shut off after some time, but i just turn it back on if I still feel I need some heat. Heats up fast and well. Didnt care for the vibrate setting. It did nothing for cramps. Charges quickly. Seems a bit light and cheap, but for $15 totally worth it! Hopefully it lasts a while!

This product works well, and is comforting, but the waist strap is hard to remove.

I use this while at work. The strap is really awesome being up and down all day. The charge lasts about 2 hours which is great.

Bought this for a workmate who has intense and painful cramps. They use this during those times of the month and thankfully it’s really helped them.

Got this for my cramps and during those days the heating pad soothes it. It has different levels so that you can adjust it, the massage is only vibration. The vibration is okay, doesnt really do much for the cramps, but it does have 3 different kind of vibrations. Overall loved the heating pad, the massage wont really use.
