Posca PXPC5M8 Acrylic Paint Marker Set, Medium, Assorted

Not necessarily true to color. So easy to use. Love them now I have to find more colors and some with fine tip.

They didnt work well for me. No different from paint markers you can get anywhere else, probably half price. Not worth it.

I bought these medium point Uni Posca paint marker pens to use in conjunction with the 12 pack of 3m Una Posca marker pens. I absolutely love them. I paint primarily on river rocks and use these for large areas or whole rock coloring. My rocks are about 2-5 or so. The rocks are smooth, but still have pits etc in them. So far the markers have taken the abuse of the rocks. I also have ultra fine Sharpie markers and they can be used on top of the paint markers after they have dried. They dry quickly and have become my go to medium. Its just so much easier to get out my markers than all of my paints, brushes, cups of water etc. You will not be disappointed if you buy these. I attached a photo so you can see some of the outcomes. The Grinch rock was painted in the orange background with acrylic paint. Grinchs red hat etc was colored in with the medium Uni Poscas, and the detail i.e. Grinchs face was done with the 3m Uni Posca markers.

I got these after seeing some work in a Facebook group I am in for mixed media. My first impression was cool! I did have a surprise when they did not dry as expected. I think I was expecting a slight sheen like acrylic paint, but they dried flat. I gave them another try after a few days and now that I know how they work, I love them. So much control and the paint flows really nicely out of them. You have to prime them before first use by pushing the nib onto paper a few times till the paint starts to flow. I am starting to do art journaling more often and will probably have to buy more of these pretty soon.

Great markers. No smell and very opaque, also the light colors. Dries fast. Make sure to shake them well before use.

These pens are so fun to use. You do have to shake them and press the point a bit to get them started, but after that the paint flows easily. Great on just about any surface. Dries quickly. The colors are too bright. Wish the pack came with more colors. All-in-all would recommend.
