We originally bought this in 2020, and with a new kid potty training, we bought a 2nd one for downstairs. I will say, when I bought this in 2020 NO instructions came with it- it’s very self explanatory and easy to put together. Also very easy to clean. They did send instructions this time, which tells you to PUT THE TOILET SEAT UP when using it! I wish I realized that earlier. We had to buy an insert for the toilet, so pee did not escape to the floor. We don’t have to do that this time, by just putting the toilet seat up.

Only issue is it is a little unsteady when my toddler gets on. But it is wide enough for him to turn around and sit

Putting this seat together was a breeze. The material is sturdy. The color was spot on. It is stable when placed on our toilet with the seat up. If the toilet seat is left down the the product does not align properly, at least with our toilet. The only reason I gave this item a 4-star rating is because of three things: 1. The splash guard is not tall enough for little boys; 2. The Velcro is a nice touch until urine gets between the foam seat and the Velcro, then the Velcro loses its sticky component and comes off of the foam cushion; and 3. The width of the seat is a bit to wide for my son who is small for his age, due to having Down syndrome. He loves this new potty and is not scared to climb up the step and sit down. But when he gets on it he feels the need to sit right near the front of the seat because he fears falling in the toilet. This is both good and bad. Good because at least he is in a position where the splash guard will keep him from peeing on me or the wall, but bad because he is not positioned in a manner that allows the urine to fall into the toilet properly which means it ends up under the foam cushion and also drips down his leg or onto the floor. Otherwise, this product has sparked interest in my son who is developmentally behind.

This great for my toddler hes a little on the small side and potty trained. Hes no longer scared of falling into the toilet or the unsteadiness of the toddler toilet seat topper. It folds and unfold easily for him to go by himself. It is a little bulky as far as storage, and you do have to lift the toilet seat up to properly use it because putting it on the seat itself, the feet wont touch the floor.

Incredibly easy to put together, took probably all of four minutes with my toddler running off with pieces. My daughter loves climbing up the big kid potty.

When searching for a product that would allow my toddler to use a standard toilet I found this and was delighted. After arrival it took me little time to assemble and easily fit in my very small half bathroom. The product feels sturdy and my kid was excited to see this new option allowing them independence to use the toilet without a parent involved. Folding down was a little cumbersome but it comes off and goes on easily. Im pleased and Ive recommended the product to my other mom friends.

Looks great, feels great, kiddo fell in love with it immediately (which is impressive since we were having trouble getting him to use the big potty). However, I had to modify it to get it to fit, and it still isnt quite perfect. Presumably If I removed the toilet seat/cover it would fit (the rear of the potty seat runs into the existing toilet seat, and the edge of the ladder hits the bowl). I presume my toilet is simple too round for the universal fit, even though its an oval. Pros: 1. Kid loves it 2. Big step surface for kiddo to turn around on (my kiddo is very small for his age) 3. Soft padding for kiddos butt 4. Stable enough to easily get on/off safely, particularly with the ladder Cons: 1. Didnt fit my toilet 2. Velcro pads to lift off the white seat pads arent adhered very well (one came off immediately out of the box). However, a little glue fixes that issue. 3. If you have a boy thats not good about aiming down, or prefers to pee standing up, it will be quite a mess and require cleaning almost every time to prevent it getting nasty. 4. Its foldable, but still takes quite a bit of space. Luckily we have 2 bathrooms so we just leave it on all the time for the kiddos.

If they would sell replacement pads, I would give 5 stars. The seat pad cracked, hurting his bottom. I used tape for a quick solution, but no replacement pad for an item that can continue to work is senseless. This potty worked for two years. My son loves it and it could work for the next kid too. However, the entire product must be thrown away because they do not sell replacement pads. Does that make sense? So wasteful. I can’t even donate it to someone else. Can the company please make an effort to be mindful and responsible for not making more waste. You have a great product that could continue to serve a family, but the lack of a replacement pad is letting down a customer and the potential longevity of your product. I noticed people complained in 2018 about this. Over three years later and the problem has not been remedied? This company lacks integrity for their own product when a known problem exists. This product has the potential to go for years, if replacement pads are made available.

My daughter is 2 yrs old (just turned 2 in October), and she’s 34 1/4” tall. I set up the step on the lowest setting where she can easily climb up, turn around, push her pants down then sit on the seat and slide back. She does this all on her own without issue. We trained her to use the portable potty chairs on the ground for the first month and now we have her using this seat. She likes it a lot! It fits over the top of our toilet seat just fine. I don’t have to lift up the lid and the seat, it’s secure enough. It’s just a bit wobbly if my daughter is grabbing only one side while starting the climb up. Super light weight, easy to pull on and off between uses for adults to use the toilet, easy to assemble. My daughter’s feet don’t reach the step while she’s using the toilet but she does ok even like that. I’m sure we’ll be using this potty seat for some time. I would recommend this seat for sure.

My daughter loved it for potty training, this was the tool that worked for her to feel safe to you the potty without help, note it is pain that it has to be taken off and sat somewhere else when adult needs to use the potty and seats need to be up to use it but it makes it more sturdy, it’s best if u a bathroom just for them to use this on so it always stays in place, but then they always have to run to that bathroom
