> 3 dayTHE NAME SAYS IT ALL. THE ULTIMATE TESTER THAT EVERY GUY NEEDS. IF ITS FROM TESTING A LIGHT TO POWERING UP SOMETHING THIS TOOL ROCKS!! I HAVE USED IT FOR MANY THINGS AND IT IS IDIOT PROOF SO THAT COMES IN HANDY ALSO. I LOVE MY POWER PROBE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE TEST LIGHT, VOLT METER, JUMPER CABLES. THIS THING DOES IT ALL. ITS A MUST FOR ANY TOOL BOX.

> 3 dayAs an auto mechanic I can tell you that the Power Probe is awesome. I bought my first Power Probe III off a tool truck appx 15 years ago and used it constantly. After about10 years I burnt out the switch which on the older model meant disassembling and soldering in a new one. From this I learned to push the switch before touching what youre trying to power up otherwise you arc the switch contacts. After that it was just wearing out, mainly wires breaking internally at the head and leads. I built a new plug end out of Right Stuff and heater hose at one point. Basically what Im trying to say is this thing is amazingly useful and simple and as a professional auto mechanic its indispensable. And Im not throwing away the old one, Im just putting it in my trunk for emergencies.
