My bar needed some extra reinforcement on the overhang. These brackets were perfect! Strong and sturdy. I highly recommend them! Love the look too with the bar stools!

By reversing the angle, and having the L bracket go up the back of the mantel, it holds it very solidly and very hidden. Its a much easier way to install compared to the drilling of many holes in the back of a mantel, and trying to secure it. Just get the L brackets in a couple of studs

These brackets combined everything I wanted - good finish, good price and STRAIGHT. If you look you notice a lot of brackets like these sold on Amazon come bent, but the 4 boxes of these were all perfect. Very satisfied.

Honestly wasnt sure what to expect because they are affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to find the brackets are sturdy, solid iron. The holes are drilled accurately and the finish is the classic deep black you want in an industrial look. Theres no out-of-squareness when mounted on the wall. They were super easy to install. I used the brackets for an oak plank that i cut into 30 sections with some light sanding and a finish of linseed oil. Super happy with the results. I definitely would recommend these if its the look youre going for.

Easy to put up and the screws came with it. They are very sturdy. I did not use the anchors provided, I went straight into a stud, so I can not attest to their strength.

This is a good bracket. Very heavy duty. The screws is actually worth using……If you buy a lot of different brackets on Amazon you know the screws supplied are usually junk and you have to buy good construction screws…… not these. Good quality all around.
