Holds 75+ pounds per bracket. That could mean 76 pounds or 7,000 pounds. But nowhere on the actual box does it claim 250 pounds per 2 brackets.

It was exactly what I expected, plus extra heavy duty screws and a level to mount them correctly.

I bought 4 to try, then reordered 16 more after discovering that these were exactly what I hoped for. They are VERY heavy duty...just what I needed to reinforce the vertical posts on my decks log railings. As often happens, I bought them on Amazon because I could not find the right product at my local hardware store or fleet store. Later I found a similar bracket at a hardware store, but priced $2 higher for each bracket. I dont know why these are called rustic farm house. They are just simple, flat iron. Very nice, but not rustic. Also, they seem to be way stronger than youd ever need for holding up a shelf...unless you want to put a bunch of car tires on a shelf.?

These brackets are nice heavy duty and solid, however the provided screws need to be thrown right into the garbage. Use quality screws purchased separately. While installing the brackets with the provided screws the screw head sheared off and now the screw shaft is permanently embedded in my live edge wood preventing another screw at this location.

These brackets were just the ticket for organizing our game storage closet. I like that the brackets are sturdy enough not to need a 45 deg supporting arm. This allows for more storage space when shelves are placed above each other. I also appreciated that the mounting screw holes are counter sunk and the flat head mounting screws are then flush with the bracket. My brackets came with all mounting screws (plus one to replace the inevitable dropped screw!) that were painted black to match the brackets.

These were very sturdy. I used them to mount some very old corbels from an old house that had been demolished. These held really well for me. They were easy to work with. You cant see them the way I used them. But I have no doubt they will hold.

I gave up on my 36 floating shelf when it kept falling out of the thin, old walls of the house & decided to reinforce it with these brackets. These are made of sturdy, thick metal & were more than enough to support both the 2 thick shelf & the 7 - 8 lbs of decor placed upon it. It has held to the wall very well with the 4 screws & anchors provided. Hoping that having the weight distributed to 4 anchored screws will work better than the 2 previous anchored screws that failed to hold the shelf up. I saw some reviews stating that the brackets could not hold up 30+ lbs, & I do think that would be expecting a lot from these. I would limit the weight to 15 - 20 lbs max. Maybe not enough for your industrial needs, but definitely more than enough for home accents & decor. Im happy with these.

These are strong brackets. They are as thick as granite support brackets but smaller in width and length. Son they hold HEAVY shelving very securely.
