These brackets are very sturdy and well constructed.

I ordered a set last month that claimed to be heavy duty also, but this set was all that I needed it to be. My mantle is a solid chunk of cedar 6x10x4 so I needed brackets to accommodate the bulk. I am very pleased with the support

These brackets were just what I was looking for to add some rustic reclaimed barn wood shelves in our guest bathroom. They are a better value and more the style I was looking for than what I had purchased at Lowes. It was also nice that I didnt have to buy separate wall anchors and screws, although two of the anchors broke while putting them in the wall. There was one extra so we only had to find another one in our supplies at home. Im very pleased with them and will definitely purchase again for my next project of shelves.

Bought these to install some thick shelves in our kitchen remodel. They were simple to put up, very strong (we used leftover butcher block pieces to match our countertop so they had to be) and blessedly came with all the hardware we needed, and its actually quality screws! I cant tell you how nice that is. We used a combination of attaching to the studs in the wall and a set of drywall anchors and found we didnt need the fourth set of brackets, so we have two left over. My only wish was that they sold these in sets of two, but Im sure Ill use these extras somewhere else and the price was better than the local box store. Also we originally purchased the longer brackets with the hooked end but since they would not have worked for us we returned them, and it was easy and free to send them back. Very happy with these brackets and this company overall.

The shelf brackets arrived on time. All the hardware I need was included. Installation was a breeze. These are pricey but I doubt you are going to find a better value for the money. Heavy duty really depends on the buyers point of view. I used these for a 2 x 8 x 4 heavy oak shelf. The brackets hold the shelf fine, however I am not going to be using the shelf to hold a heavy weight.

I bought these brackets to install shelves in a basement workshop. They have a nice textured, matte black finish. The corners are beveled and the mounting holes are countersunk for flat head screws. The brackets come with hardware for either drywall or wood mounting. I elected to use slightly larger diameter #10 screws (largest size that will fit in the bracket holes) to mount them to my plywood wall. The brackets come well packed with individual sleeves to protect against shipping damage. If I need more, I would not hesitate to buy again.

Used these on my laundry room shelf that is above my washer/dryer. All my laundry soap etc. sits on this shelf. These are sturdy bracket. Easy to install.

By reversing the angle, and having the L bracket go up the back of the mantel, it holds it very solidly and very hidden. Its a much easier way to install compared to the drilling of many holes in the back of a mantel, and trying to secure it. Just get the L brackets in a couple of studs

Easy to hide. Very heavy and sturdy. I kept buying more because they look great too.

Sturdy enough to support the 8in overhang on my kitchen island!
