> 3 dayI purchased this steamer for cleaning my comforter, grout and diamond jewelry. I’ve used it about 5 times and so far I’m pleased. I like it’s lightweight however it’s almost too compact. The hose is very short even with the accessory tips. And perhaps I’d the trigger was on the wand itself instead of the unit the shorter house length would not be an issue and free up one hand to be able up handle the items you are trying to clean.

Greater than one weekI chose this steamer over the Bissel handheld like the one I used to have and Im glad I did! This steamer cleaned the grout on my kitchen countertops using the brush attachment with no additional cleaning product. I also used it to clean painted walls, tile, and the tracks of my sliding glass doors. I fill it with distilled water because I know from experience that the minerals in tap water can clog steamers over time. This plus a few microfiber cleaning cloths made my surfaces sparkle. I dont think Ill have to clean my grout again for quite a while! Looking forward to doing my windows next. Overall, this steamer is very easy to use and the attachments fit nicely. It also heats up fast.

> 3 dayit is a good device the cord is very short and it is recommended not to use an extension cord with it. Didnt realize how easy it is to clean esp in crevices

> 3 dayIts just alright so far. I didnt realize it came with such a short cord, so you need an extension cord unless youre cleaning next to an outlet. It will BLAST whatever dirt and grime youre cleaning all over the place. I didnt realize the steam would come out with such force. In the shower, sure, you can wash it down the drain. Otherwise... careful. When you need to replace water, WAIT 15 to 30 minutes before opening. I guess it works ok for some cleaning situations, but Im not so impressed to say it was worth $50.

> 3 dayWorks extremely well. They have a attachment for almost everything u need. Once unplugged it takes a minute to take the top off but once it cools off, it opens

Greater than one weekThe steamer works well for small areas. The steam pressure and quality is very good. I did not like the fact that you have to slide the button to on while holding down the tab to get steam. Gives your thumb fatigue. The cord is short so you will need extension to move around. The nozzle brush is good for getting dirt out of tile, but you have to go over the same area several times to get the result you want. When you need to refill, you have to wait for the steamer to cool off before you can open and add water. I understand the safety feature but can be time consuming if you are not finished. Overall, does the job but recommend for small areas.

> 3 dayGreat product and I use it a lot. Only thing I didn’t like is it was sent to the wrong address and had issues getting my package from my neighbor. When delivering they need to double check to make sure they have the correct address .

> 3 dayThis little steamer works pretty well for small jobs. We previously had a very high-end, expensive vapor steamer that was made in Italy. Although it worked quite well, it was very finicky and replacement parts were impossible to procure. We had such a good experience with our first steamer that we wanted to get another one and this product fit the bill for much smaller jobs and it was FAR less expensive. Pros -This little steamer gets super hot and produces vapor steam just like our high-end model, of course not the amount because it is tiny, but it will work fairly continuously for a couple of minutes at a time without having to build up additional pressure. It does not take very long (about seven minutes) to fully heat and become ready for use. Also, it comes with many useful attachments. Cons - The activation button is on the steamer not the wand so you need two hands to operate it (that is the reason for four stars). As with most economical steamers, you cannot refill the unit while in use so it takes a while to perform tasks because, for safety reasons, you must wait until the unit fully cools before you can unscrew the tank lid to refill the unit. With that written, if you have small jobs and you need vapor steam, this is a handy, seemingly well constructed, basic unit.
