Super easy to use and you can clean anything with it, just steam it and wipe away dirt and grime. When i 1st got it i just played around with it testing it on different stuff. As you can see in my pic I got the oldest nastiest cookie sheet i could find. With the steam and the metal brush a few scrubs i could see so much taken off. I was impressed. I used it for my hood above the stove, the grease just melted away [note put towel or something to catch the grease. I learned the hard way.] I have wanted a steam cleaner for a while. Contemplating on what size and power to get. I decided to try this little unit. I am very happy with my choice. Small light unit, even my disabled mother can use. Doesnt take too long to heat up and you get quite a while when its unplugged and mobile. The cord is quite long and can be used plugged in. Comes with all the little attachments. Havent used them all but the metal brush is awesome. The water tank could be bigger but I knew the size when I ordered it. Definitely a recommendation from me. The company even reached out to me to ask if everything was good with it and I was happy, Definitely a great sign the seller stand behind their products. Not something you see all the time

Very nice for a handheld steamer and cleaner. Just make sure you allow it to fully pressurize for maximin effectiveness.

The steamer works well for small areas. The steam pressure and quality is very good. I did not like the fact that you have to slide the button to on while holding down the tab to get steam. Gives your thumb fatigue. The cord is short so you will need extension to move around. The nozzle brush is good for getting dirt out of tile, but you have to go over the same area several times to get the result you want. When you need to refill, you have to wait for the steamer to cool off before you can open and add water. I understand the safety feature but can be time consuming if you are not finished. Overall, does the job but recommend for small areas.

You have to continue to hold down the button while you are steaming so it is hard on your hands. Did not get grime off of my stove burners like I hoped. The customer service was great and they offered an upgraded model or refund since I wasn’t pleased with the purchase.

We found a bed bug in our room. Immediately I freak out and look for solutions. Chemicals are not an option for us. I found this little machine and OH MY LORD Im glad I did! We did not have an infestation. Only a couple bugs in one room. I assume the little punks hitched a ride on a Christmas gift. We streamed everything on the entire floor of our house. It was not a small job for this little machine. 3 bedrooms and a large landing. Has not even tried to give up. We have done everything twice. Including walls, beds, carpet, bookcases, dressers we did everything!!!! We only found a total of 2 bugs in one room. Killed the bug immediately. I think we got very lucky and found them right away. Im going to do this all one more time and also put diatomaceous earth all around. My only issue with the machine is it does get heavy after a while. For small jobs its amazing. Heats up in just a couple minutes. Great for getting wrinkles out of clothing.

Run into some malfunctions with the safely plug getting stuck but I was able to use it once with the first one. With the second one the light would come on, but it didn’t work no steam. Good when it actually works…fast shipping But I was refunded and offered another one!!
