> 3 dayThis worked ok when I have it a quick try but Im on the fence whether Im keeping it. The attachments blow off with very little pressure and I find it dangerous since the steam disperses into a cloud near your hand when it comes flying off. Im going to fiddle with it to see if theres a better way to secure the attachments that Im not seeing. UPDATE FOR ATTACHMENT ISSUE:. You have to twist the attachments to secure them. Preferably before you turn the unit on since some steam trickles out the whole time its powered on The directions suck. I also dont like that I cant see the water level. Its a guessing game and one thing the directions keep saying is dont use it without water... Its not like you can just take the cap off to check - the directions say thats a no no too until it cools. You also have to slide a plastic lever up then push down on the button to get the steam pressure - I used it for about 15 minutes and found it annoying since its awkward and my finger began cramping holding it steady for the amount of pressure I needed. This is my first steamer so its a learning curve ... I need to do some research and decide whether this is a keeper with all its quirks or not since I wont be using this daily. The attachment issue is the most concerning - if I cant figure out how to secure the attachments - its a goner. Not worth risking burns to my hands or face. Hopefully this will help someone else when making theyre decision.

> 3 dayThis is a great hand held steam cleaner! Works on everything from furniture to shoes to those hard to clean areas in the bathroom. Used it to clean the family sneakers and WOW, they all have white soles again. And so easy to use. Just add water and wait for the light to go out. And you are ready to clean!! Great product!!

Greater than one weekUpdate: The company was distressed by my experience and offered a full refund, unsolicited. They expressed a real interest in my concerns, a willingness to stand up, and they put their money behind it. I feel good about their response and have adjusted my stars accordingly. I trust the company will make improvements to their product based on my experience. This is a powerful steam cleaner and it does the job. However, it’s a real slow go. It takes a good 10+ minutes every time it needs refilling, which is often. And even though it says it won’t open until it’s safe, don’t believe it. I thought I had emptied all the water, but I hadn’t. When I opened the cap that’s not supposed to open until it’s a safe temperature, the water burst out and burned my hand. It’s also really hard to hold the steam button down, which I mitigated by switching off between my thumb and index finger. I used it on the grout in my bathrooms and laundry room, and it did make a noticeable difference. I had to refill twice while only cleaning the worst sections of a 10x3’ section of the laundry room, which was frustrating. I also tried out the clothes steaming feature and it worked well. But after I burned my hand while opening the water unit, I’m leery of using it again. There see warnings about leaving water in the tank, but I really thought I had emptied it, so let the fault lie where it may. I’ve had other steam cleaners that were lighter and didn’t burn me; on the other hand, this one seems to be more powerful, so make up your own mind.

16-11-2024Its just alright so far. I didnt realize it came with such a short cord, so you need an extension cord unless youre cleaning next to an outlet. It will BLAST whatever dirt and grime youre cleaning all over the place. I didnt realize the steam would come out with such force. In the shower, sure, you can wash it down the drain. Otherwise... careful. When you need to replace water, WAIT 15 to 30 minutes before opening. I guess it works ok for some cleaning situations, but Im not so impressed to say it was worth $50.

> 3 dayThe steam wash works great in cleaning my kitchen tiles. Very noticeable difference in the grouts. Only thing is brushes were worn out right after first use.

> 3 dayUPDATE: The customer service team was quick at getting in touch with me about my product issue. They offered a replacement or a refund, and because there were issues on Amazons end with a replacement, I took the refund. Much appreciated. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had this half a year and the heating element broke/stopped working after three total uses! I need a replacement or a refund.

> 3 dayThis was my best Amazon buy of 2022. I have a 1 year old and this has been a godsend for cleaning and sanitizing, especially with accidents. I also use this as a daily cleaner. It has reduced the use and need for chemical cleaning products. I have had an issue with my steam cleaner, but the Seller stands by the product and made arrangements to send me a new unit.
