> 3 dayOverall this is a protein powder in all shapes and forms. Obviously if you know youre different proteins then whatever this says that it is thats exactly how its going to act in your body and do what you needed to do its not a product that is going to not allow ganes through lack of quality protein. My least favorite thing about this would be the clumping I know a lot of supplements do this but it drives me absolutely crazy and I know it does for you too. Another thing I didnt really care much for was the flavor if you like vanilla then this will be right up your alley not that I dont like vanilla just this particular vanilla flavor type was not really that great with that being said I have a bodybuilders mindset with that meaning I dont care what it tastes like as long as it works and it does work. Is it the best product out there not even close. But my buddies he swears by it its the only thing he uses and hes pretty jacked. And hes 64 and 280 lb. Would I buy it personally again no. But the main reason is because I am switching to a plant protein supplements.

> 3 dayOK, seriously. Lets talk about protein powders for a sec. Put aside the Stoppani greatness and lets talk about just the thought that we have to drink these protein shakes 3-4x a day.... i remember back when it was chalky, struggle to drink.... so i was hesitant to put this into the mix with my diet but i told myself, to get ripped i have to go all in which includes the protein shakes....... the countdown... 3....2.....1....chug! drank it was said holy BLEEP! that was amazing. Immediately thought how great it would be to put in a shake for the summer...even at night to curb my chocolate craving. Great Job Dr J.... this is on a subscription plan now.

> 3 dayGreat product but just raised its price by $15 though.. I will no longer be supporting this brand and I will continue to get the cheaper protein as it’s available.

> 3 dayI’m writing this review purely from a muscle recovery/muscle growth perspective (i.e. post workout) - I don’t use protein supplements as meal replacements. With that being said, I wanted to like this protein powder for two reasons: 1) I understand some people are sensitive to whey so this may be a good option because it uses different types of protein in it other than just whey, and 2) it’s expensive and I spent the money on it. However, I have three main issues with it: 1) the flavoring is overpowering to the point I have to mix it with at least 24 oz of water, at which point I’m just waterlogged by the time I finish it, and feel gross - the flavoring is simply too much; 2) it doesn’t blend well, so again, you need at least 24 oz of water and it still clumps, and again, you’re waterlogged and feel gross, and 3) it’s expensive. Personally, I would rather just chug Optimum Nutrition Whey, which easily dissolves in 6-8 oz of water, versus the minimum of 24 oz this protein powder needs. 6-8 oz of water vs 24 oz of water makes a huge difference. So my muscles refuel and recover quicker without me being waterlogged and feeling gross. Disclaimer: I am not a representative for any supplement company, I’m just an average joe who works out - this is a completely independent review.
