> 3 dayI was introduced to Jym supplements by a family member and I absolutely love the flavor of all products and I will continue to use it….. BUT when I first purchased this product it was at GNC and it’s great! I decided to purchase it on Amazon to save myself a drive to my local GNC just for the heck of it… first jug of protein was exactly the same as the GNC one, second one the consistency of the protein powder changed, and the flavor is weird, almost like that budget friendly protein powder you buy at walmart.. ehh going to stick to ordering it from GNC.

> 3 dayI’m writing this review purely from a muscle recovery/muscle growth perspective (i.e. post workout) - I don’t use protein supplements as meal replacements. With that being said, I wanted to like this protein powder for two reasons: 1) I understand some people are sensitive to whey so this may be a good option because it uses different types of protein in it other than just whey, and 2) it’s expensive and I spent the money on it. However, I have three main issues with it: 1) the flavoring is overpowering to the point I have to mix it with at least 24 oz of water, at which point I’m just waterlogged by the time I finish it, and feel gross - the flavoring is simply too much; 2) it doesn’t blend well, so again, you need at least 24 oz of water and it still clumps, and again, you’re waterlogged and feel gross, and 3) it’s expensive. Personally, I would rather just chug Optimum Nutrition Whey, which easily dissolves in 6-8 oz of water, versus the minimum of 24 oz this protein powder needs. 6-8 oz of water vs 24 oz of water makes a huge difference. So my muscles refuel and recover quicker without me being waterlogged and feeling gross. Disclaimer: I am not a representative for any supplement company, I’m just an average joe who works out - this is a completely independent review.

Greater than one weekI tried about 20 proteins in the last 2 years, I am always looking for the low carb low sugar protein, Mutant Surge Strawberry (is the other one I LOVE) This protein is so delicious, silky, creamy, low carbs, really satisfying and taste sooooo goood. I got the Peanut Butter Swirl, needless to say I love everything peanut butter. Highly recommend this, my personal trainer who also has a lots of experience with protein powders thought this was an excellent protein for her low carb diet phases.

Greater than one weekFirst off, the flavor is great! The cost is keeping it from a 5 star. There are other great whey protein options that are cheaper. This one totes to be a better balance of the types of protein used, but nonetheless its not cheap.Ive tried numerous protein powders and this one blends well as long as the water/beverage isnt super cold. When its really cold, the powder seems to clump together a lot and requires more effort to blend. A blender bottle is a must have. The downside to the mixability of this powder is that its quite literally, powder. Like, its really fine. It will get everywhere if youre not careful. And while were on the subject of getting it everywhere, do everything in your power to NOT spill this in your car. My laisseze-faire approach of tossing my gym back into the passenger seat of my vehicle has brought some pretty horrible consequences. When this stuff is mixed and then allowed to interact with fabric, its quickly absorbed. This is when things start to go south. If you have any experience with protein shakes, you probably know that the aftermath tends to smell terrible if left to sit for any period of time longer than 15 minutes. Now imagine its 95+ degrees outside. I had to wash my floor mat in the dishwasher to get it clean and Im still trying to clean the seats. The cab of my truck has transformed into some kind of atrocious stink-pod. Id rather smell the smog from other vehicles while sitting in traffic than keep the windows up. Febreeze doesnt help. If anything, it just make the putrid smell mildly fresher (if that makes any sense). The point I want to make is DO NOT SPILL THIS IN YOUR CAR! All in all, its a great tasting and easy blending protein shake that Id recommend to anyone looking to get their swole on. Update: the last order I received had an odd taste to it, almost a burnt taste. The cost has also gone up $6...

> 3 dayI had high hopes trying this protein. Great formula, but has a very chalky feel to it when you drink it.

> 3 dayI love this protien powder. It has a great flavor and the texture is also smooth and not chalky. It has helped me with my routine and I have lost over 550pounds within these shakes, supplements, and a workout routine.

> 3 dayThe Vanilla is pretty good. My only complaint is that it mixes terribly. Most of the time it clumps up in the top my shaker cup or in the mouth opening. If you dont use a shaker and choose to just mix it in a glass with a spoon, then it mixes even worse (hope you like a mouthful of powder).

> 3 dayI use this with my pre workout overnight oats and it will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. It is so creamy and mixes so well not gritty at all. My overnight night oat come out tasting like pudding. I’ve only tried Rocky Road but it’s so good I probably won’t try the others. You’ll love this.
