> 3 dayI love this protien powder. It has a great flavor and the texture is also smooth and not chalky. It has helped me with my routine and I have lost over 550pounds within these shakes, supplements, and a workout routine.

> 3 dayThis is the best tasting protein Ive ever tried so far. I like the mix of several protein types. It is a little more expensive than other proteins I had been using. But I think its worth it for the taste and the protein mix.

> 3 dayAlthough it’s expensive it’s worth it as far as flavor and quality. If you’re really curious about this brand the owner does videos on his ingredients plus how to make them into regular food and not just protein shakes.

> 3 dayIm a HUGE fan of the Jym product line and have used several of the various proteins offered by the company. I like white chocolate and raspberry so I figured this would be an easy choice. Probably my least favorite all of the flavors.

21-11-2024Ive been using Pro JYM whey for the past year. Usually, whey and I dont get along. However, this product has been fantastic. I do believe that Pro JYM is the better absorbed and a higher quality protein supplement. I have used the vanilla, but the chocolate peanut butter came by mistake. Both taste great and both deliver a quality whey.

> 3 dayI’m writing this review purely from a muscle recovery/muscle growth perspective (i.e. post workout) - I don’t use protein supplements as meal replacements. With that being said, I wanted to like this protein powder for two reasons: 1) I understand some people are sensitive to whey so this may be a good option because it uses different types of protein in it other than just whey, and 2) it’s expensive and I spent the money on it. However, I have three main issues with it: 1) the flavoring is overpowering to the point I have to mix it with at least 24 oz of water, at which point I’m just waterlogged by the time I finish it, and feel gross - the flavoring is simply too much; 2) it doesn’t blend well, so again, you need at least 24 oz of water and it still clumps, and again, you’re waterlogged and feel gross, and 3) it’s expensive. Personally, I would rather just chug Optimum Nutrition Whey, which easily dissolves in 6-8 oz of water, versus the minimum of 24 oz this protein powder needs. 6-8 oz of water vs 24 oz of water makes a huge difference. So my muscles refuel and recover quicker without me being waterlogged and feeling gross. Disclaimer: I am not a representative for any supplement company, I’m just an average joe who works out - this is a completely independent review.
