I used to be an aesthetician years ago so I know about wound healing and how it builds cells and collagen. A friend said he bought one for hair loss and liked it. I decided to try it and Im very pleased. I also use hyaluronic acid after the treatment which is super inexpensive and hydrates your skin. I also buy a TCH kit for peeling and use it after the microneedeling. I just turned 60 and my skin looks fantastic.

(In blue sweater are my after pics) I did micro needle in the Image Iluma serum and I followed a YouTube video so I would mess up. I wish there was information about what needle is best to use. I started with the lesser one. On my forehead did .5 needle depth, same with top of cheeks and then jaw line, meatier part of cheeks did 1.0 depth, under eyes and under brow bone did .25. (I am also an esthetician but this wasn’t something allowed in my state so I didn’t learn it) I don’t think this is AS professional however I think it can be done at home safely if you don’t move the machine to fast or slow on your skin. I did numb it before too. I CANNOT WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN NEXT MONTH :)

Ive been using this pen to help regrow some of my hair lost to MPB. Ive been using it weekly and have had great results. The pen itself has reachable battery which is nice and last a long time. The the depth dial gives you a wide range of depths which is useful for various micro needling techniques and areas. I forgot to count how many heads I got but the box was jammed pack with them, so many extra that I was unable to put them back in the box. I bought a second one 6 months later for a Christmas gift and they are also very pleased.

I’m 45 years old with combination skin, adult acne, and hyperpigmentation. I used the 36 point cartridge with Tranexamic acid cream and alpha Arbutin serum. I started on the shallow needle length setting and low speed then move up to longer length and higher speed. I did my whole face and neck - even under eyes and eyebrows. My face has widened from TMJ and grinding teeth at night so I went deep on my jaw area. I cannot believe how much slimmer my face looks - it is relieving the swelling and tension in the muscles! My skin is much firmer and moisturized like what it felt like 10 years ago maybe better. It actually healed and shrunk red bumps. This tool plus Korean skin care products has my skin looking and feeling better than anything else I have tried and I’ve spent hundreds of dollars!

I could of done it without using the numbing cream, but it did help. I got so many compliments on my skin after using after the first use.

First time use, there were no directions and I had to watch numerous U-tube videos. Still not really sure about the three different Pen tips and when to use which one. It takes time to see results, so dont really know the outcome at this time. It seems to work, may face was a little red and tingle for a short time period. Will continue to use and seek some additional instructions about how to use this particular pen.
