This works great. Just be careful to look at which cartridges you are using. There are 2 nano needles which really don’t penetrate the skin. You may want that sometime but you need to be sure what you’re using.

I have been looking for the best Microneedling pen out there that is not going to break my bank. I am so glad I found this! It is the best in ny books!!! I am a Master Esthetician and I am so happy with my Sergand microneedling pen. I love how easy and ergonomic it is to hold. I love the simplicity of it and the most important part of it all is that it works really good. I use it in my spa and my clients love it!

I was able to get a great result with the first use, however, directions are to use this device once a month. There were two problems with the unit the first try, but I persisted. One problem was keeping the needle head in place...I went through several until I got one to stay in without falling off. Each is hermetically sealed, so should not be reused. The other problem was when I selected a specific intensity, the intensity would default to a 6 no matter what I selected. However, I did like the result the next day. Again, directions are to use one time a month. So, the next time I used the equipment, I was immediately beyond the the return date...upon the second use...no needle head would stay in place and again the intensity would continue to default to 6 and I would set it at 2. So, the problem is that because it was one month between uses...I am not eligible for a replacement. apparently. I dont want a refund...I really like the unit when it works...I just want a replacement, please...one the works consistently...and can I but replacement needles for this unit? Thanks,

I have lots of issues with my skin. This works on blemishes and scars. You need to be patient, but in a couple of weeks, youll notice a difference.

I was overwhelmed with which microdeedling pen to purchase. I wanted a quality pen that wasn’t a fortune. I read the reviews and felt I had nothing to lose. I was very cautious when I first used the pen and had the cartridge fly across the room. Seat it firmly and adjust the speed and away I went. The battery lasts forever on one charge. Would highly recommend!

This is my first experience with microneedling and so far Im very impressed with the results. It works really well, although it hurts a little bit and the skin turns red after using. But it is not a problem at all, I’m a little sensitive about needles anyway. It feels precise when adjusting it to your needs, I’ve been using it mostly for hair loss and it is surprisingly effective. The pen comes with a good amount of needles, all sterilized. Overall it’s pretty good quality, I’m totally happy with the results.
