This review could be a little long but I believe it is helpful if you want to know about the V6 projector. I got my Yaber V6 about 10 days ago from Amazon during a special deal. The overall quality is really great with brightness, color, sharpness, & features. Wi-Fi & Bluetooth made it easy to update firmware and connect to devices. The picture quality is sharp edge to edge even with a good amount of digital vertical keystone or zoom down adjustment. So far I ran the projector for a total of 50 hours in 10 days .. about 5 hours a day ...projected on 102” off-white wall, 88” pulled-down screen, and 78” pegboard gray screen. All 16 x 9 picture quality are great with the 3 different screen sizes. The picture setting is fully adjustable. The picture is quite acceptable during daytime with the shades closed. I usually use it at night for the best picture ...the picture profile is adjustable and I did a little tweaking for the various screens and made it very enjoyable. For sound, I use the 1/8” audio output connected to a Bose music wave unit. It took a little tweaking on the sound menu to get the right bass and treble to my liking. It depends on the type of speakers you have. For HD video, I use a Roku 4K premiere, a great little unit that suits all my streaming media requirements running at 1080p. I can run the Roku phone app to get the private listening feature through headphones or AirPods. I find projector Bluetooth audio via AirPod has a little static when at higher volume but seems to be ok when output to Bose music speakers. Screen mirroring via V6 projector is sluggish but it is ok. Mirroring via the Roku 4K premiere is far better in performance. The menu interface is easy to use and many option to tweak to one’s preference. The unit doesn’t get too hot and cools off quickly after shutdown. The running fan noise is ok during operation. The internal speaker is loud and clear and quite acceptable for news and regular shows. I think Yaber V6 is the best choice out there and I plan to use it as a workhorse putting lots of mileages to it in the days to come. It will be a good test for the coming summer days to see how it performs in warmer situations. I did an extensive spec comparison amount all the available Yaber and other brands projectors in the $200 to $300 price range. Yaber V6 is the top choice for price, quality, & features . Look for super Amazon deal when it is below $200. I also like the fact it came with a nice carrying case, the necessary cables, and a printed easy to understand thorough manual .

For the price point it isn’t too bad. I had a problem after using twice. Customer Service told me to contact Amazon and do an exchange. Which I did. Second projectors throw is about 2ft off from every corner from my first one. Contacted customer service numerous times and no response. Based off other reviews it’s a matter of time before it fails. Which, by that point Amazon won’t return and you won’t get a hold of customer service. If you can gamble $200 on a projector it’s probably worth it. Any projector on Amazon at this price point is a crap shoot anyway (if it works and for how long). Some reviews have great luck with customer service but I have had a terrible experience.

Okay! We built a movie theater/bar in our basement last year do to covid and just wanted the ability to have movie nights on a big screen! Ive got a 120 screen that we use this projector on and I couldnt be happier with it. Pictures is very clear and bright. The speaker on the projector works well for what it is but I did hook up my 6 channel surround to it and just makes it feel more like Im in a theater! Ive even tried gaming on it and the 72hz does well at keeping up! However, after 5 months of owning the projector we ended up getting green lines across the screen coming from the projector. Amazons return policy was only a month but yaber offers a 3 year warranty with this product so I contacted the company. Within a weeks time I had all in information I needed and sent the projector out to them and once they received mine they sent me a new one. I even got the tracking info so I knew right when it was gonna be at my door. The company took good care of me and Im very thankful! Only down side is I did have to pay shipping and handling to ship it to the company but Im not gonna complain about $40 dollars for replacing me with a whole new one! Now Im able to enjoy my move theater again plus the company did say I got a defective product so my warranty is still good! Thank you so much yaber for a great product and your good customer service! Happy to share my store!

This is my second projector. I purchased another one here on Amazon. And I returned it because the keystone was limited and the picture would get blurry on the outside edges of the screen. It also wasn’t as bright and sharp as I wanted. This projector basically resolved all those issues and it was around the same price. PROS - 4D Keystone adjustment makes it easy to adjust the screen to the exact size and corners of your screen without getting blurry. - Projector doesn’t have to be placed in the center. Because of the 4d keystone you can place this projector in a corner and just adjust the keystone to make it a perfect rectangle from an angle. - The sharpness or picture quality is amazing and HD. There is no blurriness when adjusting the keystone like you find with other projectors. - Loud speakers. Although I can connect this to my AV receiver using a Bluetooth adapter or wire, the projector internal speakers are extremely loud on their own. You really don’t need any external speakers if you don’t want or have them. - Easy to set up. I didn’t even bother reading the manual and I was able to figure out how to set up everything. - Works great with a tv stick like a roku. - All the ports are on the back so your roku or Amazon stick don’t stick out on the side and look unsightly. CONS - The remote isn’t back lit so it’s hard to see what you’re pressing in a dark room. - The fan is a little loud but eventually you forget it’s there as you’re watching your shows. - Bluetooth works but there is a slight delay which became annoying. You’re better off using the internal speakers of the projector or using a hardwire. - I noticed that HBO max and Disney + sound stopped working. I had to change the sound setting of my roku to stereo to resolve it. All the other streaming services seemed to work without having to make that adjustment. - You won’t be able to properly mirror certain streaming services using your device because they are blocked by those services for projectors. So be sure you get a roku or amazon stick to fix this. - I wish when you turned the projector turned on it would just default to the last input. But instead you will be brought to the main screen where you need to select the input again. It feels like an extra step that could be fixed with a software update. All and all I’m happy with this projector. The price is right and the quality is high. I don’t know if I’ll go back to using my 65 inch tv at this point. Lol

This is the first projector I have owned and I wasn’t sure what features were most important. I looked for lumens, native resolution, and then any extra features. This Yaber projector ticked all 3 boxes for me. The projector came packaged well and was even inside a case that was included. The case actually has backpack straps on it for easy carrying. I didn’t notice that in the description before buying. The brightness is really good and the resolution is spot on. I tried it in a dark room with a 12’ throw and a 4’ throw. Also tried it on a sheer screen with a rear projection outside at dusk. It was perfect in all instances. I also found the ease of use to be intuitive. I only had to look a couple of things up in the manual when I couldn’t figure it out on my own. I’ve hooked it up to a laptop and have used a thumb drive. I’ve flipped the picture and have adjusted the keystone setting. Everything works as anticipated. The projector comes with an HDMI cable and an older 3-in1 AV adapter. It also comes with a remote control that is easy to use. Most of the adjustments can be made on the projector as well. Not knowing anything about projectors, I have been very happy with how this has performed. I really don’t know of anything that I would want them to change on it and haven’t found any flaws. It does everything I needed it for and can’t wait to host movies and Wii parties in my backyard!

OK, I ended up keeping the Yaber V6 after I’d kicked myself for not learning a bit more about projectors before ordering. I was particularly frustrated to learn that a lumen is not a standardized unit. For example, a volt is a volt is a volt. If it wasn’t there’d be some nasty accidents but when it comes to lumens, for some reason there’s something other than the ANSI lumen and, not knowing this was my fault. I naturally assumed, the higher the lumens the brighter the image only to learn (after purchasing the Yaber V6) that 4000 lumens (ANSI) is way brighter than the 7500 lumens (LED/LCD...still not quite sure of the correct definition or how they arrived at the unit) that the Yaber has. I’ve since learned that 7500 lumens ANSI would be incredibly bright, way more than you’d need to watch something in broad daylight. Anyway, with that gripe out of the way, we use the Yaber V6 once the sun goes down outside with a 120” pull down screen. You can only just see the image before the sun goes down but the image is very good once the sun has gone down. Nice HD and one tip that maybe useful to some is: Bluetooth from your Firestick rather than from the projector. I ended up doing that as the lag was significantly reduced compared to Bluetoothing from the projector. The firestick, Bluetooth and using YouTube TV meant that all I had to do was put a power outlet in the ceiling, install the ceiling mount for the projector and hang the pull down screen. No other wiring required. All done for under $500, projector $211, screen $237, ceiling mount $19.99 and firestick $29.99. New power outlet was just a couple of bucks. So for the money it’s really quite an impressive set up (after the sun has gone down)

I actually did a bake-off with the Y31 Yaber and the V6 Yaber... I liked the V6 better. The menu was way more polished and the wifi and Bluetooth are a huge bonus. The V6 is a little smaller but weighs more than the Y31. Both are good projectors for the money for sure. Both had about the same picture quality. The Y31 had a DB15 vga port for if you wanted that you should go with the Y31. The V6 which I am reviewing now has a great picture. I am using about 108 diagonal on the size and it looks great. I am in a basement with no ambient light. With the lights off it looks fantastic. With the lights on it washes out some. But for our home movie theatre, we turn off the lights. The wifi firmware update made that easy too... The fan noise seemed a little quieter on the V6 over the Y31... You can hear the fan but with the audio on from your movie or game, you wont notice it. The menu of the V6 was much nicer than the menu for the Y31 as well. Both are nice but I really liked the V6. I would recommend buying this to anyone looking for an inexpensive home theatre. Oh! The V6 doesnt have Dolby audio on the speaker and Y31 does... is the only advantage to Y31. However, I send all my signals to a receiver, then just output to the projector. So my sound is 5.1 through my receiver before it ever hits the projection unit. So audio on the unit itself was irrelevant for me. I bought a nice ATSC Over the Air (OTA) tuner and plugged that into my receiver so I can watch the OTA digital channels on my projector too. Hope this helps you. (this picture is 108 inch diagonal and its in a dark room, but it looks fantastic)

I originally already gave this projector a 5 star rating. After a year, a burn mark developed on the projection. I contacted the manufacturer and they were prompt in responding and initiating a replacement after I sent In photos of the burn mark and paid shipping which cost around $30. Updating … I just received my replacement , wonderful customer service thank you so much!

Writing review after 1 yr of use. I compared 3 different projectors at $200. And found Yaber v6 to be better over all back in 2021. After few months of use it has developed a black dot on screen and seller has sent a video to clean lens.

The product is multiple voltage compatible, that voltage arrange is 100-240V
