The product is great with the installed apps. The picture is perfect and sound is great. The seller was great to work with troubleshooting problems while setting up and getting familiar with the product.

This projector is portable and simple easy to use.The main things abouts this projector it does not have too many buttons to mess with,there are only one power button,one remote control everything.The price seems reasonable compared to other projectors in the same class. I would have no problem recommending this projector.

This projector is everything its described to be but I dont think the benefits of having Android Operating System are expressed or promoted as much as it should be. It really makes this projector work with all the features I want without any extra equipment like a HDMI Media Stick. The Media Stick is technically built-in because with the Android OS. I just connected to the internet through my wifi router and selected Android store and started downloading all the apps Id have to download on a Media stick anyway. Saved me time so I could get to watching sooner. The remote is hard to use for keyed data entry and scrolling the App Store. I already bought a micro Bluetooth keyboard with a tiny mouse pad on it here on Amazon, I just need to find it and connect it since theres a settings section for a keyboard in the Projector settings. Everything to make operation easier seems to have been thoughtfully addressed my the manufacturer I cant think of anything missing that I might need. Speaking of the manufacturer, I had a defective unit that needed replacement and the warranty exchange was simple and easy and quick once I got the process going. Absolutely satisfying warranty program from Vimgo. Summing all that up, it is my overall opinion this projector tops other projectors for the versatility of having the Android System built in. If you stream from apps for most of movie time like me this is ready to Plug & Play nicely with Netflix, etc. No unauthorized copy protected phone screen mirroring errors to irritate me or extra media hardware that I need to spend more money on jusy to enjoy the content I want. 5 stars for me. I purchased this Vimgo projector to have movie nights by the pool. It was a replacement for the Pericat Projector, which would not run HDMI and customer supports only suggestion was to return for a replacement as this is apparently a known issue. I would not advise purchasing that brand at all. The Vimgo allows for internal apps to be downloaded; which was my primary reason for purchasing it. This is very easy and straightforward. Mostly, the family watches either Amazon Prime or Netflix. While the installation was fine; neither app looks or works like apps on TV or a smart phone. Additionally, there are 2 apps for viewing Amazon products ~ Amazon Prime, and Fire TV. The Fire TV app is most frustrating, very difficult to navigate, and I use the Amazon Prime app instead. All of the apps could use more development and refinement. They have been greatly simplified; and are challenging to use. Compounding the issue is the extremely UN-user Friendly remote. which requires 3-step operation. Step 1: Select Cursor Button Step 2: Use the arrow keys to scroll up/down, right/left Step 3: Select OK As one might imagine; this requires a number of steps to select various options, and makes it very difficult to turn on subtitles or make other changes. The cursor *SHOULD* at a minimum be free floating. This definitely needs some WORK. HDMI & USB connections are both plug & play. I attempted to try screen mirroring but received an error message on the projector screen: WARNING: You may be a victim of software counterfeiting. In order to ensure your AirScreen normal to use, please download the AirScreen app through Google Play. I made the decision to leave that well enough alone. (I had connected my iPhone with the Pericat; and it displayed portrait--not the best for viewing anyway.) I would rather just hardwire with an HDMI cable and not take a chance. We felt that both the picture quality & speakers were adequate. The projector is sitting on our back outdoor dining area (under roof), and is shot across the shallow end of the pool to a tarp type screen attached to the pool cage (approximately 22). Sitting in the Dining area (with the projector), movies can be clearly heard with the settings at around 50-60. We obviously dont want to annoy the neighbors, and nothing can be heard in front of the house at all, theres a very small amount of noise on either side of the backyard at the fence line. Auxiliary speakers would definitely be needed if an inflatable screen was used, as the blower is quite noisy. All in all, I feel that this projector is a good deal for the money. I would have given it 5 stars if the apps and remote were more user friendly.

Short throw, bright projector. With great keystone correction and great sound. And great customer service when I needed a remote replacement… they went out of their way. Highly recommended!

There are so many things to love about this projector. First of all, the size of it is small and compact but still rather durable and heavy. It is the perfect projector for you to travel with if you bring it to and from work or if you like to have a movie-watching device for camping trips, hotel stays, etc. It is not made of cheap plastic so it has a bit of weight to it. Additionally, it has incredible surround sound capabilities. Other projectors often put the speaker at the top of the device to project the sound outwards, but it has a reverse effect when the sound just goes straight up and it sounds empty. However, the speakers here are on the sides of this device which makes it so that sound comes out both sides, projects evenly across the room, and is nice and loud for people on all sides. The sound is crisp and clear and loud enough to use only this audio. Alternatively, you can easily connect the sound to an exterior soundbar or speaker using Bluetooth. Another great thing about this projector is remote it comes with. It is easy to alter and adjust using only the remote– gone are the days of having to adjust the lens itself to refocus and move the projector around for the perfect angle. The settings on the menu are easy to navigate and you can do it all from the remote. Of course, the picture and video quality for this is amazing. If you are using Bluetooth to stream, there is no significant lag time. It is awesome for gaming and movie watching! I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a portable projector to move to and from work, someone who wants a loud and reliable projector for movies or gameplay, and someone who wants a reliable Bluetooth operation!

Got this gift for my son when his smaller projector broke. OMG it’s one of the best gifts I’ve given him he’s constantly telling me how happy he is with the picture and ease of use. Wonderful gift for the person in your life who likes to stream and loves movies.

If you are looking for a projector that has good clear picture and is compact... This thing definitely delivers. It’s all around an awesome projector. It is also surprisingly easy to use. I’ve only had this thing for a few days now but I def look forward to many nights and weekends with this bad boy !

I personally could not get it to respond to a command until I hooked up a firestick to it. After that it responded beautifully to each of my commands from the projectors remote control. The projector is attractive to look at and set up in such a way that it sits steady and firm during projection so there is no wobbly or shaky projection. The remote works well with the projector responding quickly to commands. The picture it shows is good...it is clear, sharp, and focused. There is good color and it is bright. The sound can be turned up to be heard by a crowd but hooking up to an external speaker would likely be helpful for everyone to hear clearly. The projector fan has low enough sound it is not an irritant or interfere with the sound of the show being broadcast. This is a strong point as many projectors have loud fans that drown out the film. This is a quality projector, this Vigmo, and I recommend it.

This projector is a fun thing to have. It has Android installed, and has some type of app store (not Play Store) on it, so you can install things like Netflix and Prime Video directly onto this thing. No Roku or Fire Stick or any other input needed. That being said, the version of Netflix it installs is not like a Google TV version, its not very easy to use and navigate with the remote. It works well if you pair a bluetooth mouse, so thats a little odd. So something to keep in mind. The system speakers work pretty good, much better than other projectors Ive used in the past. Also the focus uses the remote and it does a pretty good job, but I would like to be able to manually focus the lens, it would be a bit quicker. I do like this and it can be a good solution for an outdoor (or indoor) movie night.
