Really great umbrella!! I was waiting until we had heavy rain to leave a review. It was windy and super rainy but this umbrella never flip up. I would recommend this!!!

The strong, vented umbrella stood up to a recent windy storm quite well without concern for damage caused by wind; its automatic open and close feature is an excellent option of this umbrella. Its compact folded nature fits nicely into a carrying bag. This is an excellent purchase option.

Probably best for rainy places with minimal rain and not Florida summers

Got this for my daughter whos going to college in the Dallas area. Her first week there, an enthusiastic thunderstorm whooshed thru, & she got to test it. It had no problem standing up to the gusts & keeping her dry (well the part covered by the umbrella, at any rate). The umbrella is a little wider than the norm; it can fit two. Its also a little bit heavier than average with its sturdy structure that can stand up to wind gusts; however, my daughter didnt find its weight to be a problem. Were all definitely pleased with this purchase!

Holy hell, I needed a good umbrella. I have always bought the innexpensive kind of umbrellas that were ~$10 but they would always break the second winds were over 5mph. I figured might as well buy an umbrella that was more expensive and sturdy than constantly shedding ~$10 on single-use umbrellas. I wanted something comparable to the ShedRain umbrellas but could not justify spending over $50 on them. Queue in one of my good friends who let me borrow this umbrella on a windy and rainy day, and let me just say, I was sold immediately. I tested the umbrella by holding it against the wind, towards it, and it did not buckle on me one bit... NOT ONE BIT. In fact, it was a little scary how much it wouldnt give in to the wind; I thought I was going to be like Mary Poppins for a second. Trust me on this, get yourself this umbrella. The only reason I would buy another is to get a different color because I like ~matching~ my outfits ;)
