This is just a lame disk. It wont allow your computer to access the internet. It wont allow you to do anything to your actual drives. It only lets you screw around on its personal files which are completely useless to you. Dont get your hopes by buying this. Its a cruel joke. Its says dont leave a bad review. Contact us! Well a month later I give up on them. So here is the bad review. Please just save your money and put it toward actual help

Followed the instructions but did not do anything to reboot my start up screen on my laptop.

this worked great, I had to look around the disk for the right file to boot but it worked great

I used to check my own personal desktop computer. Its a good tool to have at home and saves money which otherwise could be paid to a tech guy.

JUNK, DID NOT RECOGNIZE MY DESKTOP XP SYSTEM- I RETURNED! - NO EMAIL(S) RESPONSE AT ALL AS THE INSIDE CARD SAYS TO CONTACT THEM FIRST BEFORE RETURNING... MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH NO FOLLOW-UP RESPONSE SO RETURNED!!
