I had my doubts when I first used the soft work because the disc was damaged but I got it to work and this software saved my butt on my laptop. It would not boot up and with the utilities that are on this disc The software works great. My laptop is working top-notch now.

Disk did what it’s supposed to do. But, I did not know it would reset my laptop.

Emergency Boot Disk didnt work for my computer. According to the instruction/recommendation enclosed with package, seller prefers buyer to contact him/her first before refund/return request and writing a product review. I emailed seller and had a follow up email one week later, however, seller didnt response at all. I am disappointed with the product itself and sellers service.

Your machine cannot boot from this disk. Dont buy it, its trash.
