Really works! I was hesitant to purchase but even though Im an elder geek now, I was able to get my friends laptop running when she lost her windows password. Can save a person hundreds in tech fees. Just follow directions accessable on-line.

Disk did what it’s supposed to do. But, I did not know it would reset my laptop.

They provide a piece of paper with an email. Some have already uploaded a picture for that. Overall I can say that this CD only have a compilation of already free software out there to troubleshoot your computer. The difference is that they will boot into a windows environment so you can run them from them. But it won’t really fix some of the issues, some are just so you can run them from the CD, others won’t even open because you need to but the premium software. This is not a CD with a software that will help you fix your computer. I ended up making a bootable CD from my laptop on a USB and I was able to work around that. The CD, not worth my money, there is some website that explains how to use it, but it’s no brainer.

Allowing me too use the internet and search but did not recover anything and shows me a windows 10 screen im a seven. Also it resets it self so i got keep installing. So a little aggravating. But till i deside what to do i got basic internet.

The computer Windows 10 was stuck in Infinite Boot Loop, every time I started my computer it would just continuously boot like it was trying to start but would continue to loop. Thought I would try this reboot disk before I took the computer to the shop to be repaired. Put the disk in hit F2 and it was up and running.

This is just a lame disk. It wont allow your computer to access the internet. It wont allow you to do anything to your actual drives. It only lets you screw around on its personal files which are completely useless to you. Dont get your hopes by buying this. Its a cruel joke. Its says dont leave a bad review. Contact us! Well a month later I give up on them. So here is the bad review. Please just save your money and put it toward actual help
