> 24 hourThis was very easy to fit together and offers some protection for what would otherwise just be an exposed motherboard. Get it, fit it together, and move on. What more could you ask for?

> 24 hourTheres not much to write, as it is just a case, but I do like how it looks and the build quality is quite good (Which is what I would expect for a first party product).

> 24 hourNervous with reviews but is just like the official case, just dif color and a rounder style top instead of boxy. You cant really stack them if you bought a bunch unless you leave off the white top which then itd be fine. Personally I got this to use for my media center box, love it so far. If you are planning on putting a 3.5 screen in it though this is not the model for you, that should be obvious but just in case you didnt know.

> 24 hourI am quite impressed by the quality of this case. It fits the raspberry pi 3 perfectly, and has a ton of details that I wasnt expecting. From the labeling of the ports, to the rubber mounting feet, and even a place for the leds to shine through, this is a well designed case. Im sure there are better cases out there, but in the <10 buck range Im quite impressed. My only complaint is that it only comes in two color variations.

> 24 hourI like the official case because of its flexibility. You can fully enclose it (except for main ports like USB, power, etc.) or use different panels to expose the GPIO pins and such. No tools or screws required. I have several of these.

> 24 hourVery cute the shape & vivid color! It perfectly fits to my new Tinker Board. Then, it seems very good for keeping cpu cool since there is enough room above cpu & heatsink, although it is trade-off between sizing and cooling...

> 24 hourI tested 4 different Raspberry Pi cases, and so far, this one is my favorite. Its very easy to assemble; the pieces click together without having to put too much force; its easy to open it; and if youre using your Pi for some DIY projects with external parts (GPIO etc.) its very easy to open just the top, or just the side (to access the GPIO header).

> 24 hourI had ordered the old black case for my older Raspberry Pi probably a few years ago now, and one thing about it was how cheap it really felt. It had no life to it! (At the time, the other extremes were acrylic (100% transparent) and ZX-style multi-color). Unlike the old one, this shell is gorgeous. So, thats the first positive thing I can *definitely* say when I opened up this one. The red is a beautiful shade that is reminiscent of cherry pie (and maybe even raspberries!), complemented by white on the sides and top hatch. I love that this isnt drab and it isnt overboard -- its right in between and its sweet (Pi pun intended). There are no screws, and there are rubber-like feet you can put to keep your Pi in place. The second positive thing is that there are *labels*! Hurray for labels! This tiny detail makes it easy when hooking up stuff fast -- I know all the I/O by heart, but it is nice to have a visual cue similar to a notebook, etc. for things as youre plugging them in... especially when theres low light. The third positive thing is that it is solid -- unlike the old one that felt like a toy, this one doesnt crack or flex, and isnt just two pieces. To begin with, this case has a top hatch or hood! This is really my favorite feature of everything so far! Its almost like having a convertible -- you can see the board inside and more importantly, can let it run open air (G4 Cube-style) and access the board connectors quickly and easily (hats, anyone?)... and if that werent exciting enough, the sides also pop off! This design is a whole age ahead of (i.e. is way better than) the original black case -- which really stank, imho. This one actually lets the Pi be a computer and permanently stay in its home without needing to constantly take it out to work on it and risk it to ESD... and Id instantly recommend it to all Pi fans, devs, hobbyists, users, etc.!
