Good for the price

Great improvement over the original FireFly. RGB is much more visible. That was my only complaint on the OG. What an improvement! Nice hard surface works perfectly with my Razer mouse.

Received this sold/shipped from Amazon, and arrived in sealed box. So this is issue from manufacturer, not Amazon.

it works well and is easy to set up. its reliable and recommendable! its nice for gaming and the colors are very vibrant

The software part really bothers and worries, there are several services running in the back of their Synapse suite (without it this is just a black plastic mouse pad)
