> 24 hourI generally value Razers products. Markedly more than certain social media negative group-think regards them. And I do like this product, generally speaking. The sensor is amazing. The ergonomics are perfect for me. The consistency in the data transmission rate is vastly superior to other competitor brands. All in all, it would be a fantastic mouse. However. This is one of their flagship models, and boasts the low-latency optical switches. Unfortunately, the alternate-click switch gets stuck on, on occasion. Its an intermittent issue so very hard to demonstrate and troubleshoot, but manifests itself with enough frequency to be fairly irritating. It has also progressed with time. I discovered this within a month of purchasing it, and contacted customer support. In the past their customer support has been extremely helpful. RMAs and warranty returns have always been forthcoming and never left me with a moment of down time. Even granted an entire replacement mouse for a deathadder, whose only issue was the adhesive wearing off on the rubber thumb pad on the side. This time, after a round robin with the customer service rep, repeating myself until they finally comprehended, their solution was to have me send the mouse in, and wait... **Mouseless**... Until they shipped a replacement. I suspect that because the issue is difficult to demonstrate and present, they were suspicious that I was attempting to scam them out of free hardware. Absolutely infuriating. I did not send in the mouse. Which has continued to progressively worsen over time. Editorial note: I imagine the customer service reps reaction to closing the ticket with no response from me, after not having received the faulty product, as smug satisfaction for having saved the company from a fraudulent RMA.

> 24 hourWorks well and is pretty comfortable in the hand. I really think the side grips should pop out a bit more. Besides that it is an amazing mouse.

> 24 hourPros: -Very ergonomic design: while there will always be the annoyance of buttons on your non-thumb side, I think that is worth making the mouse more accessible to the 12% of southpaws, and they can of course be bound to something that you use infrequently. The mouse body istelf is well sculpted, and fits even my 20+ CM hands. -Weight! This is probably the biggest reason to buy this mouse; it is extremely easy to lift and flick, making it great for FPS games and just nice overall. The cord is also very flexible. Cons: -none yet, this really is the perfect mouse for me as a left handed user, Ill update this section if any caveats arise.

> 24 hourWorks for Xbox One I tested it on Fornite and CoD MW. Once i fix up my sensitivity it was GREAT! I know the mouse is for both hands but they should have let you discard the buttons when not in use. As of right now the right buttons doesnt bother me nor ill have an accident pressing the buttons when im gaming. The wire is somewhat stretchable but its durable. All the buttons are very responsive and the noice is fair. Very light and the quality could be alot better but all else not too bad. I honestly like it so do your research before buying because not every mouse we had or own is for everyone. This is great for my small hands and for the price.

> 24 hourPreviously i was using Glorious PC gaming Race Model O(also very light). But after a month I noticed a squeaking sound starting to appear from the right mouse click if clicked repeatedly, asked for a replacement, but only got a partial refund. Fed up with these amateur pc peripheral manufacturers who do not honor their warranty. I went back to Razer, and I can say that I am very satisfied with the purchase. Very light mouse, with no weird squeaks that come from the keypresses. On top of that the light switches are very durable from my experience, though I did not sense the milliseconds of improvement advertised, though Im no e-sport fanatic. Note: I had to download razer synapse to change the DPI settings stored in the mouse, there are 5 dpi settings saved, the default is at 1800 dpi, but I like it at 1250 dpi so installed Razer Synapse 3 software changed the saves and uninstalled the software afterwards since I didnt need it after. I highly recommend this ultra light mouse, to all hand sizes. I have big hands yet I didnt feel that this mouse was awkwardly too small or anything. update 1: after 2-3 months of use the right mouse button started making a squeaking sound when I pressed on it. I had a similar issue before with the Glorious PC gaming race Model O mouse. After a few back and forth emails with customer support, they RMA it and sent me a new one within a week.

> 24 hourIt does what I needed it to do, which is basically being a wired mouse with adjustable DPI and customizable extra buttons. Ergonomic is ok but not great. The rear part of the mouse slants down away from my palm rather than slants up to meet my palm. Consequently, there is an empty space right underneath my palm which Im not crazy with. This is more or less a personal preference as I grew up with the Microsoft mouse and the Kensington track ball. So Im used to having something in my palm and not just air. Being able to adjust the DPI is very convenient as I can change the DPI based on what I am doing. Now the bad part. The main reason I bought this mouse and not its competitors is because it was supposed to be made in Taiwan. Well, guess what. This one was made in china. So there.

> 24 hourAmbidextrous mice are not good, if your right handed go with a right-handed ergo mouse, youll thank me later. There are way too many design compromises to make a mouse ambidextrous that lead to a really lousy shape. This mouse doesnt deserve half the good reviews it gets. The protrusion on the sides where the buttons are pushes hard against your ring finger and throws the mouse rotated to the left rather than straight in your hand causing your index finger to not align with the left mouse button, it ends uo right against the scroll wheel, and is overall really uncomfortable. Also the left click button being so low (to keep the mouse ambidextrous both left & right click buttons are level) makes you have to put your fingers into a very unnatural and fatiguing position to reach it. The right-handed ergo style mice raise the left click button up to be within comfortable reach If you get one and use it daily, plan on replacing it after every 1-2 years, the left click button on mine was good out of the box but over time developed lots of side play back and forth. Also the rubber side grips are really nice when theyre new, but wear down, especially where you thumb hits the left one, mine basically had a hole in it after a little over 1 year. The weight is pretty good though. Nice and relatively light. After using a boat load of different mice, Ive found that the cooler master mm720 is pretty much the best mouse on the market right now. Check it out and try that instead, youll thank me later.

> 24 hourWas a great mouse until the mouse wheel randomly decided to fail.
