Lightweight, rolls like a dream, great price

The first time we used the large 28 checked bag (on a domestic US flight), it arrived broken as shown in the photos. Very poor durability. Note there was nothing unusual packed in the bag, just clothes. And it was not overpacked or overstuffed; total weight at the airport was 46 pounds (specs say the bag itself weighs 11, so 35 pounds of clothes). Very disappointed.

Two of the three bags busted the plastic siding on the first use. We have older units that have good quality. However these have a problem with the flexibility of the plastic. Don’t buy as they are junk.

so easy to maneuver, love the color (champage), fits SO much - Im always bringing it on business trips. This carryon itself is pretty lightweight. Its LEGAL carry on size, but flight attendants always pull me aside to double check itll actually fit in the overhead bins, *insert eye roll*. I actually paid more for the carry on than I did the 28 in checked cuz I found that one @ TJ Maxx haha.

This is the first time I have ever written a product review. This set was purchased for a family trip. After one leg of air travel the shell of the 28 size bag cracked, see the attached picture. Unfortunately the timing of the purchase and when the trip was made I am out of the Amazon return window. The other bags were used as checked bags with no issue. I understand if I cannot get a replacement, just letting other prospective buyers know.

I purchased this as a gift for someone who needs to travel this weekend. Im not sure what the remedy is for this situation but Im extremely upset that it arrived damaged. Please let me know if it can be returned and replaced

Was a nice sized suitcase. The suitcase itself was a nice light weight and holds a lot. However, once filled was quit heavy to maneuver in and out of the car/truck.

The compartments and separation of space is convenient!
