The inside zipper broke after the first or second use.

I bought this bag because someone gifted me the carry on version of it and I wanted a whole set to travel through Europe. All of the screws on the handle (4) have at one point or another come undone and I had to Purchase a screwdriver to get it back together. Don’t buy this unless you are traveling by car, this will not handle a 10 min stroll through a city. Very disappointed.

It is lightweight and very easy to move around.

This suitcase is awesome! Its so lightweight and easy to roll. I used it on vacation a couple of weeks ago. It handled like a gem and no scratches or dents. It has so much room (I purchased the large size) with expansion to get even

It held up very well for airplane travel. Lots of room and pockets. I’m impressed!

I tried to add a video of my broken handle on my recently purchased luggage. Somehow it didn’t work. Do not buy this. It is not the quality of the exact luggage from just a few years ago. I am on the search again for reliable luggage. Not this. Not at all.

I purchased this large suitcase for a driving 2.5 wk trip and it worked like a dream. I note driving because, as you all know, you can pack a lot more options when youre driving and there are no airline weight restrictions. It is well appointed and handled everything that I threw at it. Recommend for drivers; but might be a bit big for the airlines.

Great purchase for my daughter, she loves them!

I received the carry on version of this item as a gift and I absolutely love it so I decided to get the larger version for an international trip that I recently went on. I used to use a random suitcase that I have had for years and could not believe how much they have improved since then! This item is extremely lightweight and has awesome spinners that make it easier to maneuver through the airport which is extremely helpful for someone like me who gets overwhelmed travelling. It’s also great for those travelling on long trips since it has so much packing room. I couldn’t believe how much more I could fit in it! I went on a trip for 10 days and had a ton of extra room to bring items back. I definitely recommend this item for travelling. Next on my list is the 24” so that I can complete my set :)
