> 3 dayI bought one used with cosmetic damage. But it turns out with significant damage to the side and the collapsible pull arm won’t come up or down. When I take it apart the tube is bent and stuck inside. The hard cover has a crack and joke. Poor designed and can make ones vacation a nightmare. Could happen to anyone. Simply Don’t Get it. I have similar but Samsonite I had for years and like new. Good luck.

Greater than one weekBought this for my daughter for our trip to Israel. It was perfect. Easy for her to maneuver herself, durable. Love the inside because it keeps everything in place.

> 3 dayI have had this carry on for less than a year. I loved it at first. But the zipper broke. Mind you I bought this during the pandemic. This suitcase has never been on an airplane. It has never been stuffed full. I have used it for weekend trips and still, after ten months, the zipper broke. I am so disappointed . I find it odd there is no score for durability- that would be a zero
