I was really excited to receive this suitcase. Seemed durable, and large enough to accommodate clothing for long trips. However, the 2nd time I used this piece of luggage, the handle on the top completely snapped off. I didnt even have the case full. Seriously, a cheaply made suitcase. I will be contacting Kenneth Cole to try to get money back or some sort of replacement.

Easy to travel with, moves around quickly, love the purplish color.

So far so good. Ive only used it once on a road trip and it held up well.

This things is huge!!! It was perfect for my daughter who packs everything. She even had room for some of my things. We checked it through the airlines with no problems and it held up nicely!

This was great on my trip. I was able to pack enough for a week and didnt even use the expansion option. The suitcase is so lightweight and the rollers make this the best luggage ever

I just received my suitcase today and it was full of someone else’s clothes! I’m horrified and don’t know who to contact. This is unacceptable. I’m at a loss for words on this one.
