Great piece of luggage, its just too small for my needs, wish I could send it back, and its not that I hate the luggage its just too small.

They seem to be fancy and good quality but nop they are not. I had to report them after only one used they got broken in the airport.

I’m disappointed to have opened up my luggage for my trip only to see that my brand new carry on is not as described. There are no slots for my shoes or netting as seen in the advertised pictures. I would like to have received the correct model. Very disappointing.

I’m giving this product 1 star because the first time it was used it came down the baggage claim with a big crack on the outer hard casing. I would’ve expected it to be more durable than that!
