> 3 dayA friend found us their copy of this game and we immediately loved it! It’s a bit simpler than our usual games (lords of waterdeep, terraforming mars, above and below series), but we love it nonetheless! But both expansions and they are great add-ons to the base game.

> 3 dayMy family loves board games and wanted them to have a good time, they were used to catan and other simple games but loved this one when I picked it up for them.

> 3 dayThis is a very fun game once you get going. The most overwhelming part is setting up the game but even then once you figure it out its not hard. Its pretty fast paced and really fun. You never know who is going to win until the end and there are multiple different strategies for winning.

> 3 dayWe are pretty avid gamers and this one hits the spot. Wanted a worker placement game and debated between this and Lords of Waterdeep for a while. This game plays really well with only 2p and I would imagine it translates seamlessly to 4p. Watch a 15 min YouTube video on how to play it and it’s not hard at all to learn, but still a little complex. I’d say it’s more so for people who play games pretty regularly. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Really looking forward to the 2 expansions that get great reviews. OH! And the solid metal coins. Every game should have these. Amazing.

> 3 dayQuick and easy to learn game that uses a popular mechanic in modern board games, worker placement. The basic concept is that each player has workers that on their turn they will place on the board in available locations that then either let the player perform some sort of action or gain some sort of reward. Raiders does this in a very simple and slightly different way than most other games. Each player only has ONE worker. On your turn you will choose to either Work by placing your worker on a valid, available space and performing the action or collecting the appropriate resources and then selecting a different worker on the board and performing the actions or collections for that space or Raid, if you have the proper resources, by placing your worker on one of the available raid spots on the board and carrying out the raid action there and gaining the associated worker, victory points and plunder. The easy thing to remember is that you will always start and end your turn with one worker. There are a few more nuances to the game than that, but this is a really quick game to learn and teach and loads of fun with lots of take that moments in attempts to foil your opponents.
