Update to review below: After writing review I saw an option to contact seller and left a note and got reply back immediately and by end of day they put in order to send replacement and I received it the next day. So I changed my review to 4 stars for now from 2... Customer support is five star but I still have to take one away for the umbrella breaking and hopefully next rainy season it will hold. I like the umbrella. Read the reviews how its a top selling and ratings so I bought before the upcoming rainy/hurricane season in Florida. Well it was a weak rainy season and used the umbrella a few times no problem is light rain. But today first heavy rain to use this umbrella... forecast for today in Ft. Laud you see rainy with wind 10-20 mph. Had a gust and I question if in the upper range and it bent two spokes and flipped up. the hinge pin looked flimsy and popped out and bent the spoke and I couldnt get the pin to re-latch. I dont know how to report for warranty so Im just going to call it a bad experience and cheap build for heavy rain.

A great compact umbrella that does what it says. My only gripe is the difficulty of putting it back in the protective sleeve. If that were more accessible (possibly an opening half-way with a velcro closure) I would give it 5 stars. Used for rain but I can see an advantage for sun use as well, however, I prefer a larger umbrella for sun use.

Nice solid feeling umbrella!

I could not find any of my umbrellas, so this one was needed, mainly for my dog who I cannot get wet.

Very sturdy

When I received the umbrella, one of the first things I noticed is that the one I got, black and red colorway, was not a double canopy umbrella, contradicting what is said in the images with the product. I purchased the pink umbrella a separate time, and that one is double canopy. Im chalking this up to some false advertising, at least for this color. Unless there is actually a black and red umbrella with a double canopy, and I mistakenly got an older or different model. I was able to first use it in a rain event recently, and it was not able to hold up to the small gusts. It went inside out almost immediately, and as of now, it seems undamaged, but I dont think this umbrella will survive continuous use in that kind of environment.

Update: Looks like I got a bad piece, after reading my amazon review, customer service contacted me and provided a replacement which is working fine. This umbrella broke within 2 months of use. The top part broke which wont let the umbrella open any more. I contacted customer care as it was 15 days outside Amazon return window, but they never responded- $25 down in the drain. Bad product and bad customer service.

It seems well made. I havent used it 4 or 5 times & it has done well. I would buy again.

this is a well made umbrella, works well and holds up in strong wind. durable, yet compact. I am happy with this purchase and recommend it as well.

Love the stripes. Works well. Is sturdy.
