These are great bands… but only one set of handles.. so you will need to always change them to whatever band you need at the time… In my workouts I use a multiple of them.. so changing can be a pain… luckily had extra handles from an old set… So don’t throw away your old bands without keeping those handles from them!!

I was wanting a kit of bands I can use while I travel that don’t take up too much space and that were light. These bands fit the bill and we’re great. The only thing is that the door mount hooks could have been larger so for some doors they don’t slip out. Other than that but was a great product.

I purchased this set twice. 1 set i keep in my office and the other i take it with me when I’m traveling. They’re perfect for quick full body workout anywhere on the go.

These are a great alternative for those of you who are just starting your fitness journey as well as those who are seasoned in their journey. They are great for pre lifting warm ups.

That’s bands will help you reach your exercise goals. They work well with my workout program and stand up to frequent use. They’re comfortable to us with the handles, and give really good resistance at different levels from beginners to advanced. I recommend them.
