Just what I needed! a full pack of resistance bands neatly packed in a nice bag with door grips too.

I didnt know what to expect when I bought this product but to my amazement it was easy to use and the ability to combine the resistance bands for stronger resistance was especially essential to my muscle progress, i even bought another set.

I like the variety of things and the bag is really convenient to carry around.

Bought these because I knew they would be easy to travel with. Durable bands. Also sent a diagram of different exercises you can do with these bands. Storage bag is great for storing. Definitely recommend.

These are a great alternative for those of you who are just starting your fitness journey as well as those who are seasoned in their journey. They are great for pre lifting warm ups.

Different exercises to do with clear instructions

These are great bands… but only one set of handles.. so you will need to always change them to whatever band you need at the time… In my workouts I use a multiple of them.. so changing can be a pain… luckily had extra handles from an old set… So don’t throw away your old bands without keeping those handles from them!!
