We love using these resistance bands, they really help us as we work towards our goal of being stronger and in better shape.

Great bands. I got them to use for down time in my office to get some work in.

The bands are as described. They are good quality resistance bands. Strong enough for my 220 lbs husband. We have been using them for a while and they are keeping its promise of long lasting resistance.

This is a great set and has plenty of resistance variety. The quality is very sturdy and the handles are comfortable. The door hold works well and I dont worry about it smacking me in the face - just make sure the door shuts well :). Overall a great product for some at-home resistance training! I recommend this seller and this product!
