> 3 daySo far I am pleased with this product. Excellent quality and plenty of handles and options. My only two complaints (And they are minor)...1) I have hairy arms and any exercise that requires the rubber bands to stretch on my arms is excruciating as it pull all the hair out. On those exercises I put on a long sleeve shirt. 2) The exercise instructions that come with it are so tiny that you can barely tell what they are doing not to mention the section for Chest exercises are all Back exercises and they show no real chest ones. Ive been working out for a long time so I know how to manipulate it to do chest but still I am new to bands and some more clear instructions or a website with clear info wouldve been nice. Again overall happy, good quality, versatile and a nice addition to dumbell routines.

> 3 dayI was hesitant to buy them at first to be honest. I am thankful that I did! What I like most is that each band comes with it’s own clip so the transition from resistance weights and exercises is quick. I have a difficult time going to the gym because my work commute is more than two hours each way. These bands are great because I use them at work and setup and take down is effortless! Definite 5 STARS!
