Resolve Urine Destroyer Spray Stain & Odor Remover, Transparent, No Flavor, 32 Fl Oz

I have an older dog and she has trouble with incontinence. There is one part of an area rug she will use to relieve herself. This does not happen daily but about once or twice a month. Usually I use a rug shampooer. I tried the Resolve this month. What it does well is clean the carpet stain. This is easier to use than a shampooer. Just spray, wait and blot. What it did not do that great was get rid of the urine smell. I tried it twice, and could still smell some urine odor which makes me suspect my dog will return to the same area.

Effective and easy to use

Delivered with a broken cap spray, but more importantly it simple does not work. Does not eliminate the cats urine odor. That is it. Do not buy similar products that state that they work - no, the only way to get rid of the animal urine odor is to trash your carpet out and replace it with a new one. Or the less painful method is to train your pet to a litter box. The good one.

I am not particularly fond of cats, but I finally adopted a stray cat which kept coming into our house every time the door was open. As the vet suggested, I kept him inside overnight in a bathroom after he was neutered. He used the litter box I provided, but the room had a very distinct smell about it after I put him outside the next day. I tried one other disinfectant, which did not work at all. Then I found this one, used it yesterday, and today the room smells just like it did before I let the cat in. It did not bother my allergies (which sprays usually do), and the smell, although it was nice, went away within a few hours. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who wants to get rid of pet odors.

My toddler had a wet accident a week ago on his bed and this got the urine stain and smell out instantly! Highly recommended!

Living with 5 older, rescue animals, I have tried many, many urine removers. I now swear by this one and believe me, Ive tried them all! I even use the resolve urine destroyer in my steamer carpet cleaner. Again, Ive tried the rest. This one is the best. (Yes, even better than the oxy- cleaners.)
